Super Meat Boy is an exercise in patience. You may in fact deplore it in the first one or two hours due to its unforgiving gameplay and level design, but if you take the time to consume much of what it has to offer, you may just acquire a taste for it.

Interesting commentary on our societal goals - particularly love and companionship

Starts out with glimmers of comedy but loses its way
Story is at its best when in The Hotel, and loses momentum when we leave
Running times drags

humour can be subjective, what one person finds amusing another with find side-splittingly hilarious, some of the exchanges between the siblings Pico and Anna are amusing, others I can see they are meant to be but can't find the giggle inside. The illustrations are okay but colourful, the style is somewhat an acquired taste. Overall, I enjoyed the read but would be unlikely to reread in the future.

Yum yum yum!!!
Ive been on the Paleo lifestyle for about 4 months now and the thing I miss most is something sweet as a treat. This book has so many great ideas, they are simple and easy to follow. For me they are easy to adapt to the Paleo eating style and they taste good !! Highly reccomend using this book to help cure your sweet fix :)

Okay

I read the first book in this series about three years ago and didn't do a re-read before starting this, which wasn't the best idea ever.

That being said, I remembered enough to get into the story--though it took me a little while--but I think my taste n books has changed a little since then and I'm not sure if I'm interested in finishing the series.

"I have favorite chick flicks and favorite comedies. My taste goes to romantic comedy a lot. Somewhere in Time, with Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour — stop already! That was one of the most romantic stories I’d ever seen in my life; I was in tears, but it also involved a little bit of science fiction, with the time travel element. That one really moved me back in 1980."
