A Heartracing Experience from Start to Finish
This movie is an experience that you will not soon forget. The dedication of Andrew is unlike any other. While many people look at this movie as abuse from a horrible teacher who pushes his students too far which they are certainly not wrong about that. However, this is actually about a young man's dedication to become GREAT. While he goes to true extremes to make that happen. He has a goal and he will go to all extremes to make it happen. He is able to become one of the GREATS only because of what he is able to endure. All great people fight a battle that no one else can see sometimes the battle is worth it sometimes it is not. That is something that every person has to answer for their own battles. Andrew thought his battle was worth it.

"Erik Satie is something that, when I was at school, an English teacher who probably had a hangover, just said: "I'm gonna put on some music and you write something what comes into your mind." He put on the Erik Satie record - first time I heard it - and I thought, "Fuck, this is amazing." I really, clearly remember that day getting hold of some money and going to the record shop in town, and this is all they had, an interpretation of Satie involving Moog synthesisers. The synth sounds work so well with it. It gives a different angle, a different perspective. All the Satie records I've bought since are piano. All those amazing orchestrations by Debussy or Satie, orchestral interpretations. Satie is intrinsically very ascetic and plain. Really weird guy. I've lost the record now. I've got to find it! I think it's really, exceptionally brilliant."

"Saul from the Fat Whites has been playing this for me a lot while we made the Insecure Men record together. He told me about this music teacher in Scotland who made a band of his students to play his compositions, and how they made this album. It's magical. When we were working there was a lot of arguing over what we should listen to, but we always agreed on this, everyone's always happy. It's one of those albums that's gone in to the catalogue of records I can listen to when I'm dying and sick. It's so sweet and so beautiful and magical, it doesn't bother me at all, no matter what mood I'm in. I can be overly sensitive, and I don't always want to hear what someone's DJing, but if I'm trying to relax I can always put this on and find inner peace."
