This movie was really good, the cast was terrific and the storyline doesn't ever really drag as the hour and a half plays out. My only real complaint is that they left out some of my favorite plots from the books but that is to be expected.
I would totally recommend this movie to anybody who wants to watch a cute fluff romance type movie.

Obviously, this book isn't going to be for pruder individuals. The reason I say this is because at times the graphics were definitely R-rated. This isn't something that you could handsell to a teen or recommend for someone that is younger. With that said, the graphics were very well done and I loved the cutesy artistic style that they portrayed.
Something else that I liked was the integration of spanish in the book. It was done sporadically and it added to the story. I enjoyed the book though I wish it was longer and would have delved into deeper depths of the characters. I felt like I was thrown into a story and didn't feel like I knew anything about any of the characters.
All in all it was a quick good steamy read.

It’s a ridiculously funny and over the top comedy horror, with a decent amount of blood and gore and some rather unique (albeit maybe a tad unbelievable) deaths. It features a lot of your typical horror/teen film stereotypes, some of which are a little irritating (I.e. Bella Thorne’s character, but that might be because she can’t act...) but the others work well with the cheesy and comedy aspects of this film. The main reason why this film is better than expected is due to Samara Weaving. She’s a fantastic actress and plays the part of bets friend babysitter and crazy murdering devil worshipper perfectly, and her character’s relationship with Cole is surprisingly quite sweet (at least for the first 20 minutes). She really makes this film more than a cheesy second rate comedy horror.
Overall a surprisingly entertaining comedy horror with a nice and short runtime.
