Meg is participating in a reenactment of the Battle of Yorktown. While she's watching for things that don't fit into the period, she also finds a dead body. Worse yet, Meg's brother Rob is the chief suspect since the victim wanted to buy his computer program.
Another fun mystery filled with laughs, twists, and great characters.

Mark @ Carstairs Considers (2165 KP) rated How to Party with a Killer Vampire (Party Planning, #4) in Books
Mar 9, 2018
Presley Parker is hosting a vampire party in a graveyard to celebrate the completion of filming on a vampire spoof movie. But when a body appears the morning of the party, she begins to wonder if there is a connection between the victim and one of her guests. I like Parker and find these books fun.

Sarah Betts (103 KP) rated Thrawn (Star Wars: Thrawn #1) in Books
Dec 30, 2019
Ahhh, Thrawn. One of the most talked about characters in my SW fandom group of friends. I never actually got around to reading the EU books because now body could come to a consensus on where to start.
Anyway, Thrawn is a phenomenal tactician and I get the comparison to Pryce and why her oartshad to be included I felt they kinda bogged down the book.
But I don't think her story as told would warrant it's own book.

It is funny and I love how the characters are all out of their comfort zones.
A movie for all the family

Great young cast led by jennifer love hewitt and sarah michelle gellar the movie keeps you guessing as whos the fisherman. Any film that includes hush by kula shaker on the soundtrack is cool

Jun 12, 2018 (Updated Jun 12, 2018)
As Meredith and her intern friends continue to navigate the halls of Seattle Grace Hospital, they grow fearless and overconfident. Their personal lives take turns as the hospital throws them into constant drama. Boundaries are crossed between attendings and interns as well with patients which creates a downward spiral of emotions. Heartbreak, tragedy, personal growth, and a thirst for knowledge drive the interns to do the unthinkable. The stakes are raised during surgery when a dangerous item is found inside the body of a patient.
Often Off Topic (37 KP) rated The Guest List in Books
Nov 16, 2020
I've read some slow burns that have irritated me no end because nothing seems to happen until the twist but this isn't the case here, there's always something new to learn and it made the book difficult to put down. There were twists that I never saw coming and although by the time we learn who the body is it isn't so much of a shock anymore, there are still surprises to come.
