Binge watched this on Netflix and cannot wait for season 3 to air in a few weeks.

I love all three women and can't help being drawn into their troubles.

One thing definitely has me intrigued, though, and that's Beth and Rio and their power play - as well as their relationship.

I think that if this hadn't been part of a serial/trilogy and I got to read all of this story in one go then it would have gotten four stars instead of three because it had promise. The hint of good things to come... And then it ended. Ugh!

"With these three [Coppola’s] a great storyteller. Godfather: Part II, I just think it’s a master class in acting, production design, directing, lighting, composition. I think that if you were a film student, you’ve got — the way he tells the story, it’s masterful storytelling. And it never ever seems to disappoint."

"The extraordinary true story of an ordinary woman, a zookeeper’s wife, who saved over three hundred Jewish refugees by smuggling them out of the Warsaw ghetto and concealing them in the cages of her zoo, and the basement of the zoo’s villa. Truly inspiring and increasingly relevant in these political times."

"A great and tragic love story set against the social upheavals in Russia in the 1870s. Like “The Great Gatsby,” this is a book I’ve read three times in my life. I read it maybe five years ago and realized for the first time that Anna Karenina was an opium addict."

Huh. Kou, if only you hadn't waited so long to decide to return her feelings, she's so annoyed at you right now--and me too!

I'm still liking the whole dynamic of the five-some, though admittedly it's more of a three and a two. They get along so well together.

This omnibus collects three runs of 'what-if' comics, each changing the story line from Episodes IV-VI. Two of them involve Leia training to be a Jedi, or a Sith. Maybe I've just read too much Legends canon to find that an interesting story line. Overall, this was just ok.
