Happy Thursday Lovelies! We’ve almost made it to the weekend. What don’t you stop what you are doing, make a brew or coffee, what ever takes your fancy, and spend a couple of minutes with me.

It’s my stop on the blog tour of Spot light of Everville: The Fall of Brackenbone by Roy Huff with you, courtesy of Love Books Group Tours

For a change I’m sharing a spot light, however I do have this tucked away waiting to be read. I’m really looking forward to snuggling down and getting stuck into it. It has all the ingredients to be the recipe for a book I will love.

So watch this space as I will be adding a review sometime soon!

"Magic. Weird, wilful. They obviously didn't know quite what they were doing. It's splendid. I saw them twice in '72, once when they first came on tour and it was dark, the audience didn't even applaud until the DJ put 'Virginia Plain' on at the end, it was astonishing. The second time with the whole outfits, the choreography and a celebration of success. Fantastic record, great lyrics. All of these things have great lyrics, of course... apart from 'Hallogallo'. When Wire supported Roxy Music later it wasn't quite what we thought we'd signed up to. I loved what they did with Eno, it was the combination, the clash... the power of Paul Thompson, all of it, the imagination. It's understanding, and putting it into practice. It's so wilful, it's quite sexy really."

Can feel a little forced at times, if tour in the wrong mood. I am really stretching for this one. (0 more)
Funny and Entertaining
Sequels tend to suck. FACT. This, is not like that. It feels a lot like the first, but there is a lot of heart, and some subtleties, as well as a lot of character development that was kot what you may have been expecting.
It is an easy watch (first few minutes aside) and even my 2 year old loves the opening number with ELO.
You do not know love until you have seen your little man staring at a dancing Baby Groot with wounder and dancing along!
Do not miss the Meme-fest that is this film.

"The second time I went to see this was only a few weeks after the first time. My band was on tour somewhere in Florida, and one person went to a multiplex to see The Silence of the Lambs while the three of us who had already seen it went next door to The Five Heartbeats. I think the opening credits of The Five Heartbeats were still on the screen when I knew I really did not want to sit through what promised to be a dreadful movie. I quickly calculated that I would be considerably more entertained seeing Silence of the Lambs again, even having just seen it, and ran out of one theater into another. I felt like I’d escaped from jail. Just great. Not surprisingly, this film warrants repeated viewings!"
