The Lost Boys (1987)
The Lost Boys (1987)
1987 | Comedy, Horror
Very very 80s vampire comedy-horror; one of those films which feels like a music video with the actual song edited out. Family relocates to sleepy coastal town, discovers that dark forces are at work.

Not really what you'd actually call scary, but attractive to look at and genuinely funny in places. Cleverer than you expect; there's a nicely subtle gag about the teenage characters thinking the world revolves about them, when it's really the adults who are in charge and know what's going down. Good soundtrack, too. Entertaining stuff.

See like a vampire?
Illustrated in the colours that the vampires of this graphic novel can see, Red, Black and white dominate the wood print style images. No to everyone's preference, and it does tire the eyes after a while of reading, the story starts off humorously but does seem to find it difficult to go further than that, not finding its place successfully throughout the remainder of this Graphic novel. A shame as I think it all had potential.

Just ok
Watched this older movie on Crackle. I'm a Lucky Liu fan so was hoping for a treat. Overall this movie was mediocre, though. Story was ok but could've played out so much better. Several familiar faces, but they couldn't really save this one. The ending was quite anti-climatic. If you REALLY like vampire movies you MIGHT enjoy this one(though I think you'll find a lot of liberties taken). Otherwise, this one is really NOT worth a watch. (Some partial nudity so not for the kids)

In Twilight by Stephenie Meyer the main character named Bella moves from Phoenix to Forks to live with her father. She meets Edward Cullen later to find out him and his whole family are vampires. One day the Cullens and Bella run into trouble when a vampire who is not part of their coven comes along. I personally love Twilight. I don't get why so many people hate on it and make a big fuss over it not being their cup of tea. I hope Stephenie Meyer continues to write new books.

Hang in there!
Amazing program plenty to watch, you will have to hang in there though as it seems repetitive and slightly dull around season 6 same old story same old problems but it gets good again!!!

Sad story of a girl and her brother both lost as they have just lost both there parents, to add to there pile of problems Elena fall in love with a vampire, it gets worse it gets good in this romantic drama.

If your patient enough you might enjoy all 8 seasons!
