This movie is still funny, however many years after the fact. I completely forgot about this movie until my Grams busted out the VHS tape to watch last time I visited (AND it wasn't rewound... so we had to wait 5 minutes for it to rewind. I definitely don't miss that). Joe Pesci was absolutely hilarious in this film as the unsuccessful lawyer.

Amazing!
If you're religious, or even if you're not, I recommend that everyone watch this movie at least once. I haven't been religious for some years now and this movie hit me hard (cried quite a bit throughout). This is a fantastic movie that portrays an amazing band that I have loved listening to for many years.

Watched a movie on Hulu called "I Am Alone". An "infected zombie" style movie. The acting was weak and the effects were, too. Cinematography was just, ok. Done like it was on a survival reality show but bounced back and forth between that and a survivor being interviewed by gvmt type scientist in a closed room. Was pretty boring. Not worth a watch.

I sat through it.
It's hard to nail down what was wrong. I actually liked the casting. And dystopian future movies are right up my alley. But i just didn't enjoy this one. I want to watch it again to try to figure out where it lost me. But i am not looking forward to that... So stay tuned?

Exceeded expectations
After so many Saw films, each getting more repetitive I didn't hold much hope for this one. But to my surprise I did enjoy it. I thought it was well thought out and better than saw films that came before it. I wouldn't say it's the best film I have ever seen, but it was worth a watch.

Found another gem on Netflix(original). It's titled "How It Ends". Stars Forest Whitaker and Theo James(among others). Very good acting, con m film work and storyline. An end-of-the-world style movie about a father and future son in law crossing the country to find his daughter after power goes out and things start going crazy. Really worth a watch!

This movie (and the book) freaked me out so much as a kid (and certainly contributed to my coulrophobia). I went to see the remake and thought it was just as awesome (though Tim Curry will always be my Pennywise). I'm actually planning to read the book again soon, and then I'll watch this one again (with the lights on, of course).
