The 3rd installment of the series but a prequel with a period setting. Set in 19th century Canada it shows the origins of the curse. A nice idea and good that the same 2 actresses are used in all films. It reminded me a bit of the 4th Tremors film that also acted as a prequel. However the first film is much better with an edgy modern day setting. Ok as werewolf films go, the costumes for them are pretty cool, but overall the film was fairly average.

This has just proved something to me; that I'm not really interested in reading about the Fey. It's.nothing to do with Richelle, I've started several series' and this just proved it by lack of excitement over it.

That aside, this is my third series by the author, Vampire Academy and Georgina Kincaid the others, and it was okay, but as I said above, I'm jot that big a fan of the Fey. Vampire, werewolf, ghosts, etc. and I'm all over it. This series not so much. Therefore I don't think I'll be continuing it.

First off, I don't get the name. Their wasn't much romancing of her going on. There was some tension between her and a certain werewolf but no romancing.

Then the storyline. It felt a little unexplained in background. How did these predictors come about? I know they were all some sort of paranormal descendent but..? It also got a little confusing for me with all the predictions and how the logic worked behind it.

I did like that it was different from the norm but I wasn't entirely convinced by the story.

This was a series that was a spin off of vampire diaries but I feel was so much better. I love the way it ended but not that it ended. This follows the story of the original vampire family and how they became so cruel, also how in a way how they became good again. Thought a little mirical baby names hope, and how in the end why she became an orphan. If you love a good witch, vampire, werewolf fued this is just a must see.

I like Telegram a lot because it's useable around the world for no charge. You can send voice messages, text messages and pictures to people for literally nothing. There are a lot of bots that you can interact with; I can play Werewolf, Taboo or Spy with people everywhere any time I want.

Additionally, it's easy to create your own chat or group and doesn't cost a thing. I use it for role-playing and D & D every day, and intend to continue doing so.

You can also have your own sticker packs created (like emojis) or steal ones that you like from others!

This game is definitely a party role playing game. It includes villagers who may or may not be werewolves. Each night the players who are werewolves kill another villager. Each day the remaining villagers have to accuse a werewolf. If you have 7 friends who like to gather and play games then this may be a game for you. if you have friends who are into other role playing games definitely bring this game along with you next time you get with them. The downside to this game is there is no way to play it with less than seven people.

Third entry in Kevin Hearne's 'Iron Druid' series which, I felt, is a strong contender in being the best of them so far.

As the third novel, however, this is one that you would need to read the earlier entries first, as it ties up loose plot points from the first two stories and, in particular, follows on from the previous ('Hexed'), in which Atticus agreed to help the vampire Leif as well as the werewolf Gunnar to kill Thor, the Norse God of Thunder (yes, that Thor).

Fast moving, laugh out loud funny in parts and with some solid action scenes, I was mightily impressed by this entry.

Steampunk vamp & werewolf fun
Gail Carriger's Parasol Protectorate series is absolutely brilliant, and this is the first in the series, following the soulless protagonist Alexia Tarrabotti on her adventures with vampires and werewolves in Victorian Britain, with twists and turns aplenty.

I listened to this via Audible, and really enjoyed it... So I'd urge anyone to pick up these books (either physical, or audiobook), as it's extremely enjoyable.

The style of writing is excellent, and Carriger has a wicked sense of humour.

I now need to start the Finishing School series!

One of my favourite parts is the bit where the creepy dude looks straight into the camera and say "Schnitzeeeel".
Honestly not sure if Howling II: Your Sister is a Werewolf (Stirba, Werewolf Bitch in some corners of the world) is a 5 star film, or a 1 star film.

I always have time for Christopher Lee, and here is no different, and Sybil Danning is a bonafide B-Movie icon, but everyone else is hamming it up to the max (not necessarily in a good way), spouting the terrible screenplay and making silly growling noises constantly.
The werewolf costumes look terrible (a bit of googling told me that the production was sent monkey suits by mistake, and they just had to roll with it) and the movie constantly attempts to force it's theme tune down your throat - I lost count of how many times it plays throughout the runtime, but it starts off well enough, but by the end of the film it's grating as fuck.

It's certainly a far cry from the genuinely good first movie but for all it's faults, I actually really enjoyed it.
The last review I wrote on here was for Species IV, where I commented on how it was so awful, and had no charm to it at all, which was in stark contrast to a lot of bad horror movies, especially a bunch from the 80s. Howling II is one of those movies.
It rarely gets boring, it's has some decent practical gore effects, and the terrible script is often so ludicrous, it ends up being unintentional comedy gold.
Not to mention that it's has the most unnecessarily gratuitous end credits roll I've ever seen - in fact, if you can't be bothered to watch the whole thing, just find the end credits and you'll get the vibe of this whole glorious mess of a film.

So yeah, is it a 1 star movie or 5 star movie? I still don't know but I know I low key love it, so 2 and a half stars with a love heart seems fair. I'd definitely recommend giving it a watch though, just to experience the sheer cheesy absurdity.

Okay, I love Molly Harper, but this book had some inconsistencies for me. A couple of times in the book Maggie tells Nick that Vampires don't exist to her knowledge. However in the first Naked Werewolf book Mo references Jane from the Vampire novels meaning that these books take place in the same world and around the same time as the Vampire books, which means that Vampires had already been outed and (somewhat) accepted worldwide. Even if Maggie was completely sheltered from all outside media and news sources there is absolutely NO WAY that Nick, being from the Lower 48 AND a Mythological creature buff, would have not known about their existence.
