Torn

'The puzzles themselves maybe on the simple side and the ending is somewhat underwhelming yet that doesn’t detract from the wonderful adventure as a whole, with Torn evoking a charming strangeness that carries you through.'

A huge epic of a film. Does the story justice and Skull island has never looked so good. The SFX are inspiring, Kong never looked so real. It has a great adventure feel to it, just a pity the first 40mins is a bit slow.

Movie Favorite

"Renoir is in my holy trinity of filmmakers. How rare for an artist’s love of people and performance to be matched by his or her sense of craft, curiosity, experimentation, and adventure. French Cancan is my favorite of his, the most joyous, celebratory, wondrous thing."
