A great soulful album with some (though nowhere near enough) excellent vocal performances from Chaka Khan.

Fantastic live album from the Who. Plenty of onstage banter to add atmosphere and a superb setlist.

Decent 60s album. Not quite the Kinks as I think of them but a good enough listen.

Very soundtracky/concept album from S&G. Includes the massive Mrs Robinson, but otherwise I wasn't thrilled.

Sunday Bloody Sunday opens the album and is still as powerful as ever (2 more)
Every song is strong from the legendary New Years Day to lesser known tracks like Like A Song and Surrender
That album cover!
Probably the best U2 album of all time

Quite a good album including some of the Carpenters' biggest hits. There is a sombre yet quite pleasant tone to the album as a whole, which will be familiar to people who have heard those songs.

Rolling Stone's 268th greatest album of all time (425th in the 2020 list)
Wishy-washy album by Paul Simon. I find he has next to no presence musically and this shows in how unmemorable this album was. "Me and Julio" aside, it was forgettable.

What a superb debut album. So many classic Police songs are here in a very upbeat and enjoyable album. From the feisty So Lonely to the brooding Roxanne with a number of great songs on top.
