"Like Nietzsche, Genet believed in the "transvaluation of all values", by which bad is good and the ugly is beautiful. Whereas most writers treated homosexuality as a disease, Genet took the stronger position in linking it with evil and crime and sin. He invented the drag queen for literature in Divine in this novel."

This is my second book by Anne Stuart and I really like their darkness. They're romance but with guys who appear to be the bad guys but who in the end, you end up liking/falling for. It's brilliant. She's brilliant.

I can't wait to read more--if not all--of Anne's other books :)

Watched on netflix it's not bad movie for a movie made in Poland. basically it has plot that's been done like numerous times during the eighties slasher boom even down to some of the kills. Obviously the makers were fans of slasher movies and it shows and I liked the movie alot

I liked it. Of course it has flaws but I thought it was fun. At least now more people know more characters than they did and how is that a bad thing. Growing the comic industry should be the goal to me. I hope people watch it and go pick some comics or tpbs up.

Couldn't get over continuity errors
Honestly I couldn't get over how bad the car chase was at the beginning not only did it drag on for ages but the fact they car kept randomly changing back and forth how damaged it was ruined for me and I couldn't get in to the movie after that.

Whoever translated this from the French is an excellent writer themselves. The language is nothing short of elegant, and reminiscent of Ondaatje. The story is simple but the characters are so vivid and special, they draw you in. Simply a lovely read from start to finish (and the twist in the end isn't bad, either).

Still in love with this series, though I didn't think this was as good as the previous. That's not to say it bad because it's brilliant!

Lindsay Buroker has a way with words and always manages to give you a good world and plotline to all her stories. Need book 4 in this series!!
