The two teams in the base set don't have all the positional figures but this can easily fixed with team expansions. (0 more)
One of the oldest and best just got a relaunch
Blood Bowl is more than just a boxed game; for some it's a way of life, boasting tournaments and fans all around the world, including players of the many spin-off video games. The base set barely touched the surface of the hobby. I thoroughly recommend seeking out the Death Zone expansions, which add league rules to the mix. There are already many team expansions (such as Elves) released with more to come. The hobby is further supported by an abundance of third party additions. If you like the idea of playing a strategic, turn-based version of American Football with Dwarves and mutant rats the look no further.

This is a beautifully told story that built a really interesting, new world with fantastical creatures and blood magic. I did feel a bit lost for about the first half of the book, as I worked out how things worked in this new society. Ordinarily, this wouldn't have bothered me, but so much depends on the way in which this society functions - the expectations of those with magic in their blood, and the restrictions that these expectations bring. I persevered and I'm glad that I did, because once the action gets going and things become clearer, it was actually a good read. It's a book that requires a fair bit of work, and I don't know as there's many readers who would commit that time. This book promises so much, but I think that it fails to deliver.
It appears to be left open for a follow up, but I don't think I will be reading it.

Much better than most of the Friday the 13th films
Slasher fan heaven
A pretty cool hack'n'slash film. Almost tongue in cheek at times, it could almost be a spoof of both series of films. The effects are cool and there is plenty of blood for gore fans. Nice to see a recent film starring these two cult film characters giving the fans what they like.

my only criticism with the whole wolverine thing, is sabretooth. and this film was missing a little something read old man logan and you'll get what I mean

Yes, I agree, Sabretooth would have be a cool addition but in terms of the Comic Vs. The Movie, they actually couldn't use a lot of the information, characters and plot because it revolved around property not owned by Fox. I feel, for the film they made, with the storybthey developed based on aspects from the Old Man Logan Comic, they did something spectacular!
