Angry at having her future and her family taken away from her, Liv vows to fight back the only way she can—by resisting. She has one month on the Kindred Mothership with Baird—their claiming period. But Baird isn’t going to make it easy for her. Every week he is allowed to touch Liv more and more intimately and according to the contract she signed, she has to let him. She’s determined to resist him but his touch sets her on fire. And just as she thinks she knows what she wants, a twist of fate and an attack by the faceless Scourge AllFather changes everything…

So I wasn't expecting becoming like it but it was actually ok. Think Black dagger brotherhood in space. Seemed a bit oh I've heard it before but it got better.I will be sticking with the series as I'm interested in where it will go.

Sweet, but too similar to previous movies of this nature
As someone from a similar background as the lead actor, these films have become all too familiar. Culture clashes, torn between a family and a western lifestyle has been seen in films such as Bride and Prejudice, Bend it Like Beckham, and even East is East. So it doesn't seem particularly novel to me.
What I liked was the serious side of it - no over the top music sequences, just an honest portrayal of Kumail Nanjiani's intense courtship and subsequent challenges while meeting his real wife Emily Gordon. The truth is that much of this image has changed, so it can become tedious when the same generic story is peddled to the masses. I'm hoping that we can move away from these types of plots in the future. Overall, just an average film, but great acting from Holly Hunter and Anupam Kher as per usual.

After falling in love with Maid To Match, I decided to try another novel from Deeanne Gist. I have always enjoyed books about people trying to make it in the harsh frontiers, so I figured this would be a good choice.
Like Maid To Match, the characters of A Bride Most Begrudging live simple lives in simple times where the most they worry about is keeping peace with the Indians and keeping their young girls from learning math. It was like being taken to another world. Deeanne Gist is such a master at creating realistic historical worlds that its hard to not be drawn in.
Its not just the world that Gist creates that is realistic, but also the characters. They have their faults, glaring and obvious, and they have their strengths that keep them driving forward. They have their struggles and the trials, and, while the situations dont always end up they way they want or plan, they still survive...mostly.

Audrey Bloom is excited when the reality TV show Fix My Wedding is coming to town, especially when she gets to design the bridal bouquet. Okay, so the bride is a bit bell obsessed, but she can make it work. Unfortunately, that becomes the least of her problems when one of the hosts of the show is killed and the police begin to suspect Audrey’s former boyfriend, a production assistant on the show.
This series is already on my favorites list after just two books. The characters are wonderful and the so real. This applies to the series regulars and the suspects in this book. The plot is intriguing and kept the surprises coming until the end. Add in a dash of humor, and you’ve got another winner.

This series is already on my favorites list after just two books. The characters are wonderful and the so real. This applies to the series regulars and the suspects in this book. The plot is intriguing and kept the surprises coming until the end. Add in a dash of humor, and you’ve got another winner.

Inspired by the 25th anniversary of The Princess Bride, Cary Elwes, better known as Westley, sat down to share his memories of making the film. He goes from being cast at the age of 23 to meeting his cast mates and stories from filming on sound stages and on location. Helping him out, we get sidebars from his co-stars, the director, and the writer.
And any fan of the movie will love the stories told here. It is obvious that everyone has fond memories of their time on set, are proud of the results, and thrilled that so many people love the movie as much as they do. Even the stories that aren’t completely positive are amusing. I know I’ll watch a couple scenes differently as a result of the stories shared here.

“Hello, my name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.” Need I say more? Well, yes, a lot more. Because the joy of The Princess Bride is almost infinite! Told as a fairytale to a boy sick in bed, who doesn’t like the slushy stuff, until he finds he can’t do without it. Peter Falk as the grandfather anchors this contender for most uplifting film ever made, but it is the detail of the epic love story between Buttercup and Wesley where we find true joy. Swashbuckling, charming, surreal and incredibly funny at every turn – it is possible to point to almost every minute as your favourite bit. The one film I would insist parents show their children. I have heard many people say this is their favourite film of all time, and I am not going to argue with that. Almost crying talking about it; do you want your romance to be above reality?
