I have not read a lot of comics. I did get very into Valerian and Laureline and the new Labyrinth comic, but both I got into because of already being a fan of the story from the movie versions. Getting into this media, both of my brother (avid comic book readers) each suggested some comics for me. My younger brother suggested saga. I really enjoyed reading it. I found the story, style, voice, magic, and characters to all work great. I will continue reading this series soon!

superbly cast and they play out the characters well. (2 more)
This is a horror show, but it has comic elements too.
Myths and legends are what the story is based on.
Superb show - full of horror, but great.

Very violent animated movie closer to the comic book than the film ever was and I rather fought this was very dark and fun and I rather liked it more than the live action version

OMG Bad...

This comic was so bad I could not even get passed the first issue. While it's really cool that the title of Sorcerer Supreme is held by someone besides Stephen Strange, that is about the only thing this comic has going for it. I firmly believe that if you are going to use the title of a character as the title for your book than the character should be the main character in it. Stephen Strange was only mentioned until the last few pages of the first issue. On top of that they portrayed Loki as if he was a whiney brat instead of the God of Mischief. I also had a major issue with the art style. While it wasn't incredibly bad there were a few things that really got to me. The major problem was that Loki, who is usually put together even when on the brink in death, looked like a hobo playing dress up.... This probably wouldn't have bothered me as much if the rest of the characters shown didn't look nowhere near as bad. Overall this comic was horrible and became the first comic that I choose to never pick up again.

Well it is pretty damn kick-ass.
I didn't read the comic until after the movie came out and at the time I still hadn't really delved very deep into comic books just yet only reading a few here and there but I really think Kick-Ass was a great start because holy hell did I freaking love it the blood, the gore, the action and all the smart ass remarks definitely drew me. What can I say I love asshole characters and this comic is chalk full of them.

I loved hit-girl the most she was even more bad-ass in the comics the only thing I genuinely didn't care for and the reason I couldn't give this a full 10/10 was Big Daddy all I can say is I'm so glad they changed it for the film.

Definitely a comic book TV series, and an amazing one at that. So glad I sat down to watch it. Great humor from start to finish with enough twists, turns and action to keep you on your toes!

As someone who generally shies away from Comic book hero type films, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this. All the characters had their own air time and I liked the development of their super powers.

I loved this show when it was on the Disney Afternoon, and I enjoyed this comic book relaunch.

The MacPhersons never fail to make me laugh, and this comic strip collection is no exception.
