Review for Rebels in general:
Although this is an animated show, that aired on Disney XD, it's entertaining for adults as well. Normally, they don't really show people dying on kids shows, but the Stormtrooper body count is pretty high.

This show introduced some of my new favorite characters, and brought in Clone Wars characters, which I loved. The story lines were interesting, and the show did a good job of featuring some of the Skywalker Saga characters, but didn't repeat things we'd already seen. The show ends about 1 year before the Battle of Yavin (BBY). I would actually watch a live action show featuring some of the members of the Phoenix Squad. Mostly Hera, she was probably my favorite.

This also gave us the gift of introducing Grand Admiral Thrawn into the new canon, and they did so well with the characterization. I'm not going to lie, I would love an appearance by Thrawn in Episode IX.

A fun family movie.

Here’s a film that is not trying to be anything other than a fun and much needed summer outing for families. Disney used to do this sort of live-action family film thing so well in the 70’s and 80’s, before they got obsessed with pointless recreations of their cartoon classics.

The director is James Bobin, who’s formerly directed a number of the Muppet movies, and this movie breathes with the same sense of anarchic fun without being too up itself.

The film occasionally makes you cringe, with some dreadfully (and deliberately) naff songs, but I enjoyed it and for the right audience (kids 8 to 12) I think they’ll have a blast.

Finally I've seen this movie it's hard to believe that this movie was made in 2017 and finally coming out this year there have been times where I didn't think it was coming out ever meant to seen back in April then came lockdown I was at the point just stick it on Disney + or dvd and I still would have watched the movie. anyway is it any good yes why it took so long maybe we will never know keeping as much spoilers out of my review Anna Taylor joy as magik is amazing and so is the rest of the cast the run time is just right not to long. I'm bothered by all the critical bashing it's been getting calling it the worst X men movie that goes to last stand. anyway to sum up the movie I'm glad I finally got to see the movie definitely rewatch it
