Truly emotional journey
I cried during this game, a truly emotional story with simple graphics. The story of a world where people can grant anyone dreams by altering their memories, one old man’a dream is to go to the moon. As you investigate his past and see his memories, the truly emotional story has you gripped the entire time, having you fall in love with these simple, RPG designed characters.
I genuinely cried near the end up this. Got a beautiful story, amazing soundtrack and fantastic characters I would truly recommend this as a story. Easily an enjoyable 5 hours.

Here we go again. Yet another reboot of a popular movie series surgically removing the charm of the original actors and director. Guillermo Del Toro is a truly visionary director who turns monsters into romantically tragic figures, like a underworld Heathcliff or a mutated Rochester. To review, Hellboy was raised from the bowels of Hell toward the end of World War II by Nazi supporter Grigor Rasputin to turn the tide for the Axis. A squandron of Allied forces closed the portal before more "monsters" could come through, but Professor Broom, a paranormal investigator, adopted the baby Hellboy and raised him to protect the world from other forces of evil. Humans do not trust Hellboy since he was created by Evil and the supernatural beasts cannot trust him because fights for Good. Cast aside, Hellboy must prove himself as a immortal sorceress rebuilds her empire on Earth with Hellboy as the key.

The fragility of youth under guise of a cult
A very descriptive and interesting concept tackling the effects of being a vulnerable child being manipulated by a cult. While it describes how all young people are fragile and are desperate to find a place in the world, the author seems to lack somewhere, and the narrative seems slightly disjointed.

There isn't much of an explanation for the adult Evelyn and it leaves a massive hole between the young and older versions of the main character.

There is also a lack of character build up of the members of the cult, and it does not explain what happened to the Manson-like cult leader in the end. Overall, a little long for a plot with too many questions but a great idea.

The final entry in Kevin Hearne's Iron Druid series, that closes out the story of Atticus, Oberon and companions as they attempt to stop Ragnarok (yes, that Ragnorak: the Norse end of the world)

I have to say, I also found this one not quite as enjoyable as the previous: I'm not sure why, but for some reason this just didn't grip me as much. This one largely takes it chapter about to move between the main characters: this is no longer just Atticus (and his faithful hound Oberon) story as the earlier entries were.

I am a big fan of the Monster Hunter games, That is a consistently good game series. This movie was good in the sense that it stayed true to a lot of elements in the game, but disappoints in story mode. Instead of this being a straight fantasy movie that takes place in the game world, they made it a dimensional crossover into the Monster Hunter world. Jovovich and her team of Army Rangers are looking for a lost team that got pulled into the other world by a storm. They all except her meet their end due to the creatures of that world. The dialogue between Jaa and Jovovich in the movie was tiresome. In the sense he didn't talk English and they were communicating through single words and gestures. It was not until you meet Pearlman's character until you get more good dialogue. The fight scenes and the action was very good. Milla is a badass as always. The ending was set up for sequel. The only thing that I think needs to be done is to get another director and someone else to do the Soundtrack for this franchise. I thought the music was terrible. If you love playing Monster Hunter...then give this movie a chance.

Buckle up
One of the most intense and emotional TV shows I have watched, we managed to split it across two days just to get to the end but I reccommend pacing yourself as the content can be very confronting(as it intends to be). Fantastic social commentary once again by Margaret Atwood- a literary legend across genres and entertainment mediums.

Hmmm really didn't get the hype about this film. It's just plain odd and weird without being that entertaining. A very over protective father keeps his 3 teenage children within the compound of the family home, knowing nothing of the outside world. They have become brainwashed by their parents into an odd existence. A few odd scenes and taboo sex scenes as well make it strange viewing at times. It gets a bit interesting towards the end, but it's a long slow watch to get there.

I Was Hooked From The Start
OMG!!! This is not a typical read for me and now I'm asking; "When's the second book coming out?" I must have it! Within the first few sentences, I was hooked!

I love how even though Kyra witnessed the alien invasion and deaths she managed to overcome all obstacles by being strong-minded and working hard to achieve her goals.

The storyline starts strong and remains that way until the end. The world building is fantastic and the characters are simply outstanding and beautiful. This author's writing style is out of this world and the cover is stunning.
