As Star Wars: The Last Jedi opens in cinemas, it's the perfect time to revisit the previous films in George Lucas's epic series. The original Star Wars (1977) dazzled audiences on its first release, but opinions on the blockbuster film series have have changed over the years.

Better story line than the first season

Better choice of villains for this season

Lesser known DC characters getting their own show and it is epic.

I love how they go back in time to prevent things from getting screwed up, plus the Reverse Flash is the primary antagonist of this season and he is my favorite all time villain. I also love how they go back to the Old West and meet up again with Jonah Hex.

Good Sfx for the early 80's

Great fantasy adventure

Before Lord of the Rings this was the closest you got to a fantasy/action epic. Had good SFX for the time of filming '83! It has a wide range of characters and creatures as a group come together to rescue a princess. A little surprise it was a pg rating. Younger kids might find it a bit scary. Featuring a young Robbie Coltrane and Liam Neeson.

So cool to see the whole of marvel come together to fight one mother of a villain.

Funny, action packed, suspenseful, and emotional.

That ending...why?!?!? (1 more)

I left the theater feeling personally victimized by Marvel.

I’m still upset about that ending, but it was a great movie. I already want to torture myself again by going to see it a second time. Thanos really lived up to all the hype, in my opinion.

Repair. inspire, to the intensity of tracks like Godspeed and A Whisper & A Clamor, to the loveliness of inevitable and the epic finale that is (fin*).

If the first movie was good, the second is epic! Bullseye is just the best animated horse in any movie ever created and I need him. And the whole storyline of Jessie is just heartbreaking but shows how strong her character is! Old Prospector.... not the very best! He deserved that makeover! And the gross chicken man needs fried!

But I must say, the lovely scene when the old guy fixes woody is the best movie ASMR I've ever witnessed!

Utter Work of Genius!

An absolutely brilliant show of epic proportions. I loved the characters, their histories, their journey, the feels, the laughter, the crying, the utter complexity of what makes Minchin and Alcock just so blumming fabulous. I loved their random friendship and how much they meant to each other. Just brilliant.
