"I think when you ask for favorite films, you’re really asking “favorite films at 15” — you know what I’m saying? Formative favorite films. I don’t think they really change much. You sort of can’t argue with your inner 13-year-old that watched something 25,000 times. Now I’ll see something adult and be affected by it — like A Separation, which I saw and I loved — but it’s gonna be hard to top those 25,000 viewings when you were 13. You get past pubescence and it’s cooked. Put a fork in it, your favorite films is done. [Laughs] Don’t hold me to it. The English Patient: Oh my gosh, it was just so affecting when I saw it. The performances are impeccable. The sense of time and place; everything about it. It’s really one of those kinds of epics — like Lawrence of Arabia is an epic. You rarely see epics any more."

"I’m going to put this on the list. It’s a new movie. It’s a movie that’s making history. It’s one of the greatest crime dramas out there. And when Kevin Smith lovingly compared it to Godfather II, it was before I had seen the movie and I thought, “Okay, this is jumping the shark. Kevin Smith, if I see him, I want to punch in the mouth. Because he has taken the hype machine and he’s cranked it up to 11 via Spinal Tap.” And I was unhappy with [his] statement. Now that I’ve sat through the movie, I want to French kiss Kevin Smith. He f–king nailed it. And this movie, The Dark Knight, it deserves the money its making. It’s epic, it’s classic, Heath Ledger would be amazing whether it was a posthumous performance, whatever. He’s awesome in it. I. Love. This. Movie."

"Ok this is indirectly a bit of self promotion because I was in the film and it was my first international film which was always a life long dream. However the movie is total non-stop adrenaline. I got to know my fellow cast members well and really enjoyed the time I spent with them. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Seeing my new friends on screen was both exciting and satisfying. They did a great job and the movie is epic. I was terribly sad when I saw Paul Walker on screen. Paul and I had become friends during the shoot and he was a genuinely wonderful person. My sadness was tempered by the fact that this movie was a great tribute to Paul. I think when it comes to a high energy movie it will be hard to top Fast and Furious 7."
