Good Sfx on the whole
A decent update of a classic story
A decent update of the Tarzan story. An impressive cast including Margot Robbie but it's Christoph Waltz who steals the show. Some big action scenes are good but on the whole it's rather predictable and some scenes are a bit silly.

For me I think this was where the series really started to drag. So much time spent on describing horses, riding dresses and in-fighting between "sisters". Some fairly major events of the series occur in this book but so much of it is spent sorting out the weather. Some really exciting action scenes but dragged out over far too many pages.

I was disappointed to be honest, I had hoped this would be as good as Hero. Visually it is stunning, bright and colourful with great attention to detail. However on the action and fighting side it is a let down. Not much happens for the first hour, there are some good fights towards the end but didn't live up to expectation!

Guilty pleasure
This movie is a total guilty pleasure. It should be a really bad movie but you can help but get drawn in and fully enjoy it. Special effects are good, dialogue is good, it is just good. If you are at a loose end with no idea what to watch this is the movie that needs to go on.

I enjoyed this film but i would liked it more if it had more monster fighting and less following around the humans. Come on lets face it who cares about the humans we just want to see these titans rip in to eachother and clam the title the alpha.

Very gritty and realistic look at the last days of World War II
Fury is a powerful and raw World War II story about a tank unit fighting to survive while pushing through Germany doing the tall end of the war
