With a touch of paranormal interference, a lost love seems to be working to help Perry and Manny find their happy ever after, while hinting that some things may not be as they seem.

Two years after the death of the first woman to hold his heart, Manny meets a woman who fires his desire to love again, but to do so, must he say goodbye the ghost of his first love?

Perry’s social anxiety causes her to isolate herself from everyone, including the man she’s inexplicably drawn to. As desperately as she wants to break free from her self-imposed prison, she can’t overcome her own insecurities.

Manny is determined to prove to Perry she is worthy of love. And just when he thinks he has succeeded, he’s forced to keep a difficult promise that will forever impact their lives.

Can a little divine intervention from Manny’s first love help Perry and Manny find their way to a happily ever after?

I love this series! And as much as I love Jace and Clary's story, I was a little bit hesitant to start a new trilogy because I wasn't sure if I would still be as invested. I have to say, I love Emma and Julian. When we first introduced to them, they were so young and I wasn't sure if there story would capture like all the precious novels. I absolutely loved this book and I can't read the next book in Emma and Julian' s story!!

Another Good Read
The characters seems to be a little more rounded than the first book. I am not a fan of the character Poe. He seems useless at best. I love this story in particular though. It is my favourite of the collection.

Another fantastic random find. The characters are well developed and the relationships are complex all around. The story flowed really well. I love how the relationshp between the two main characters develops as a friendship first. I plan to read more by this author.

This book will make you cry, so keep the tissues handy. The first few chapters are very dull, but once it picks up, you can’t put it down! I fell in love when this book!
