The second in the Pucked series follows Miller (Buck) Butterson attempting and failing to win over his ice hockey team Captain’s (and future brother in law Alex) sister Sunny Waters. Buck and Sunny would be great together if only things and people would stop interfering!
Buck means well, but he certainly isn’t the smartest, and Sunny is young and sheltered, and everyone around her is over protective. But when the world finally gets a glimpse of the real Buck things start to change for the better!
This isn’t as funny as the first book, but still great writing! The character development is great too!
Follows on great from the first book but can also be read as a stand alone.

Meta fest
I played this when it was first released which was a good year after the base game. I think gave it and extra edge considerabley. It meant you were approaching it with a different view on the content and universe.
Having recently played it during a replay of ME3 it doesn't have the same effect. It ends up a little jarring with its overly comedic moments in juxtaposition to the tone of the base.
It's still a fantastic DLC though with some great nostalgic moments and decent content. I just think it should be played after completion of the base game, maybe after having some time to digest like the original release.

This is one of the first video games I ever played that wasn't strictly educational, and I loved it.

Simple premise - build a civilization and win over all the others by way of a few different victory conditions.

Having said that, after a few times of playing it through, I found playing with the cheat mode on to be far more fun than getting bulldozered by a bazillion enemy units hiding on one tile. Genuinely never understood how they could produce units so fast!

I think the best bit was the advisors, videoed people (which was a brand new thing in games at the time) and their costumes changed depending on the period, so one of them ended up looking like Elvis! They were all quite funny.
