Best show i've seen in years!
The 100 has Alot going for it, the story is phenomenal and keeps you at the edge of your seat when its over, your left wanting more and are rather annoyed that you have to wait. The acting is very good but you need to get past the first 4 episodes of season 1. The acting at the beggining is terrible and its like the shows creators almost did not care, but by episode 5 its almost appears as if hollywood stepped in and saved the show.

Jaw dropping at times but some inconsistencies
There were moments where I actually applauded the writing after finding out another piece of information and twist to this non-stop thriller. The snappy writing allows you to stay engaged with the story and the endless plot turns make it all the more intriguing.

I had a few qualms however. Some of the action sequences were bordering on Hollywood and were totally unbelievable, making Alex Cross seem invincible. And the serial killer narrative that went parallel to the story seemed almost pointless although it was at times even more engaging.

Buy the soundtrack, don't watch the film
As per usual, another overhyped Hollywood film that claims to be innovative with its music numbers. No doubt, the soundtrack is fantastic, to the point I went and bought the vinyl immediately. But all the malarkey surrounding "timed music sequences" was nothing original, and I used the entire film as a background film to wash the dishes and do chores.

There is no real plot. It's like Fast and Furious with good music (I am not a fan of the former). So if action isn't your cup of tea, just listen to the soundtrack.

I still haven't got round to watching The Irishman, Parasite, El Camino, or Dragged Across Concrete yet so I'm sure this will probably change!

Also, Frozen II just missed out, but it's legit great 🤞

My pick for most disappointing film of the year goes to The Lion King without a doubt.👎
