Intense, fabulously strong protagonist
Pretty horrific from the outset, this disturbing tale of a serial killer and abuser leaves you feeling breathless by the end. I managed to listen to this in one sitting.
The main character is brilliant, she is stronger than you can ever imagine and I salute Helen Callaghan for raising the issue of mental health and the stigma surrounding it.
Great twist in the end although it may seem disjointed and there are unanswered questions.

what a good story, was gripped from the start. really enjoyed the twists and turns. the main characters pasts influence there futures in a big way throughout the book., this adds to the story. the story is intense and explosive, making you want to keep reading long into the night. this story can be dark in places but that only adds to it. I would highly recommend this book.

A Netflix original starring Michael Pena and Lizzy Caplan. This movie was excellent. The cinematography, the acting, the special effects. All great. The story unfolds fairly quickly with a really fascinating twist to it that really catches you off guard. This sci-fi action thriller is intense. There's violence but this movie is ok for kids too. I highly, HIGHLY recommend it! Even if you're not a huge fan of sci-fi, you can appreciate and enjoy this film.

Intense
This Indonesian action movie on Netflix is a non-stop martial arts bloodfest. The acting was decent enough and the cinematography was done really well. The premise is simple - a raid on a drug lord's tenement building goes south fast, leaving most of the team dead and the rest simply trying to survive. If you're into gritty action flicks with plenty of gory fight scenes, this one is definitely worth a watch. (Unless you don't like subtitles).

Keeps you hooked
I loved this film. Hooked from the beginning. It’s intense. However much like when I watched the quiet place I found at the end I had so many unanswered questions. Why was this happening? What could they see? Would it ever end?
As much as I enjoyed this movie and I recommend it to anyone who hasn’t yet seen it, I do wish there was more explanation.

A True Brit Gem...
From the jarring intense sound of a car smash followed by opening title I was in... A bonafide True British Gem with all the hallmarks of a true Seat of your chair Psychological Thriller begging the question "what wouldn't you do?". Tense powerful performance from leading man Matt Hookings surrounded by a top notch supporting cast, In this beautifully crafted, gorgeously shot and expertly executed independent must see movie... It's a strong Recommend from me!!!

This book is a ride and a half! It's a breakneck mystery that throws twists and turns in away that's mind-boggling but makes perfect sense!
Seriously, if you loved the PLL books, this one is gonna put a huge smile on your face.

Amazing twists
I have always had an intense love for all things stephen king and this book is one of the many reasons why.It feeds into your deepest darkest fears and weaknesses.Brings you into a world of childhood terror that will have you inner kid hiding in a corner.Highly recommend for those horror lovers out there!Im not one myself but this is a classic that i will always love to recommend

This movie surprised me. The main actress played her part excellently. You could really feel her intense emotional turmoil throughout thr movie. The rest of the acting was decent enough but could've been better. The story line, while predictable at times, played out interestingly enough to keep you watching. The effects were done well. There were a couple disturbing scenes so it's not really for kids. Makes for a good date night thriller though. Worth a watch!

This is perfect to start your day! I get up and through on of these on right away. It's only 7 minutes so I don't feel like I'm doing an intense workout, but more of a warm up to my day. You can chooses different ability levels and focus your fitness of core, thighs, glutes etc. This is perfect if you have just a spare 10 minutes. Love it!
