Essential
How can you really fault WhatsApp? It has become an essential part of everyday life for anyone with a smart phone. Unless you have an iPhone and iMessage (which I don't - Android all the way), this is the only way to send and receive images and videos to friends and family for free.
You can send whatever you want, as much as you want as long as you have an Internet connection - so this app is ideal when you're off on holiday and only want to use wifi to get in touch with family back home. It automatically saves any media direct to your phone and you never have to faff around logging in and out.
Honestly can't fault it - I'd be lost without it!

I loved absolutely everything about this memoir. Felicia Day perfectly bares her soul to anyone smart enough to pick up this treasure. At times raw and wildly hilarious, I've never related more to someone I've never met. Representation matters and I was more than happy to read this book based on Felicia alone but realizing early on that it catalogs a lot of her struggles with anxiety made it an even easier read. In many ways, this book shows just how down to earth and relatable Day is to the many people who love her and her work. I highly recommend giving You're Never Weird on the Internet (Almost) the chance it deserves and a place on your book shelf.

I really enjoyed this book. Realistic, with a very likeable protagonist. It touched on deep subjects without being over-the-top and melancholy, yet it could be amusing and you really got a sense for the characters and how they would act/react/relate/talk. Other than that I can't really describe why I liked this book so much, except that it was enjoyable and I would definitely love to read more with Caitlin!
I did notice a lot of quotation marks where there shouldn't be and none where there should be. Sometimes I was a little confused about what the author was trying to say because of misspellings or left out words or letters, especially during the "blog speak" where it had internet spelling.

Animation was good (1 more)
Was funny
Felt empty (2 more)
Product placement was ridiculous
Forgettable characters
One huge commercial
I loved Wreck It, Ralph, so that might be why I wasn't too big of a fan of this sequel. Where the first film had a warmth about it, this one is just cold. The obvious advertisements took away from the story, what little there was of a story. The internet, while supposed to look like a place of wonder, looked dull & uninteresting. Even the Twisted Metal (or GTA) world, was nothing special. And the characters found within were forgettable to say the least. I found over-all the film was okay, but I would watch the first one again & again, while this one, I probably wouldn't watch again at all.

A lot of fun and a good story underneath all the humor.
Had been entertained by the multiple trailers for the movie, so heading in I was hoping for good things. Film took the trailer funnies and expanded on them. There's your expected internet jokes and memes, all integrated well into the retro characters from your favorite video games. The part, however, that really stuck out to me was the amazing story underneath all the humor. Movie tells a heartfelt tale of friendship, letting go, and the true bonds we make with those we love. Also loved how all the extra characters from other games and films were integrated in without damaging their respective stories and/or morals previously established. Job well done. Disney.
