amazing
What would you do if you were kidnapped in the middle of the night and end up finding out that everything you've ever known is a lie! Fern has been kept a secret for her whole life now she must discover who she really is.

An absolutely action packed Thriller of a novel I was gripped from the get go. The way Yolanda has written absolutely captivates your imagination and takes you on the journey along with the characters I round myself getting nervous at points worrying about the outcome. I will definitely be reading the other 2 books!

Absolute must read

The Paris Express follows the journey of the Paris Express train in 1895, and I’ll be honest, it was far more interesting than I thought it was going to be! If you’re one of those people (like me!) who enjoys people-watching on public transport, then you’ll enjoy this. Loads of observations of the passengers, insights into their lives, as well as the build up to the crash at Paris (which actually happened, by the way). At one point, I wasn’t sure if it would actually end with a crash – or a far more dramatic end. This was a great listen.

Today is the Book Birthday of SLIPPERS AND SONGS.

I still remember the moment Tesni’s voice became clear to me, not as a fairytale prize, but as a young woman determined to define herself even within the confines of a curse. Her journey through the Otherworld, her encounters with Taliesin, and Brenin’s steady devotion remain very dear to my heart.

If you have ever felt confined by expectation, this story may resonate more than you think.

The Book Birthday Sale runs until 18 February at most major retailers, apart from Amazon.

Well, that was a bit of a rollercoaster!!

An emotional read that has plenty of turns that lead you on a fantastic journey. Fear and anxiety are a constant throughout, not only for the characters but it was for me too. The thought of going through what these children/teenagers go through is mind blowing for me, the strength they show is brilliant.

I'm so glad it's part of a series as there's a bit of a cliffhanger at the end!
I would definitely recommend this awesome book, not for children though, as there are a few graphic descriptions that could upset them.
