Very informative about a gender fluid teen and the daily struggles. (0 more)
No problems that I noticed (0 more)
Adorable! Highly recommend!!
Very well written, and is great to show people the gender fluid/ non-gender side of LGBT. ? it shows struggles and how they deal with it. Also there isn't a romance here, which most LGBT do have some kind of romance plot, but this book doesn't. Which is great for those who don't want mushy stuff or romance. ??? VERY highly recommend!!!

Follows the life of a male high school student, Simon, who is currently disguising that he is gay. He then finds comfort in an online friend who is struggling with the same problem. Simon then endeavours to find out who his online recipient is, while all along trying to keep his sexuality a secret.

I enjoyed watching popular film with an LGBT main character.
Simon is a lovable and an easily relatable teenager.

I wrote this.
Elephant Shoe is a story of loss and hope; acceptance and forgiveness; family, friendship and first love.

It's a British LGBT YA with mild sexual content, moderate bad language, and some difficult themes.

Read it.

(Please and thank you).
That'd be bloody marvelous!

New Favourite Book. Yes, Of All Time.
This book has taken the top spot of my favourite book, possibly ever. I loved the storyline, the concept, the characters and how they developed, how well I could relate as a woman to the characters. Everything wa just incredible.

I watched it on Netflix instead of listening to the podcast. I thought it was an interesting platform to share the stories and I enjoyed the authors stories. But I felt the LGBT scene was overly talked about, as was the sex. This seems to be normal in this day and age and is just a personal thing I don't care for. I did find it quite hilarious at times though.

At first I really like this book and really got into it but as I progressed I became a bit bored with it. I like how the LGBT element was incorporated into the book and I liked the characters but I feel like they could've had a bit more depth to them. I wasn't a huge fan of the writing style so this book was not for me.

“Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda”

Lived up to its hype! As far as a contemporary teen novel reads this one was nearly off the charts the plot was not only believable but it was also incredibly relateable! Obviously I’m not a 17 year old gay high school struggling to come out but I still managed to relate to Simon and Blue perfectly! It’s positivity and bright outlook makes it the best novel to support our lgbt community! 5 starts, a hands down must read!
