I know there are many people who love this movie, I just found it very boring. I only made it part way through. I guess a lot of it was there was no talking just some noises from the robot.

Glitchy as heck, can't zoom, or change fonts or change aspect (0 more)
Not a Fan
I review a lot of books and a lot of them use this reader. It's terrible! You can't zoom in very much and when it is its just the page, the text doesn't bump, and you can't change the aspect from vertical to horizontal. So the text doesn't get much bigger, and I get a lot of headaches trying to read on this with no options to change font size! It's not seamless across platforms - so I open it on my iPad, it doesn't find where I left off on my iPhone.. so annoying. This one is super glitchy too. It always freezes if i try to log in with FB, and it requires me to log in like 5 times before it actually goes through. Not a fan.

Verdant Skies
Verdant Skies
Role-Playing, Simulation
Great And Relaxing Game
In Verdant Skies you are playing as a colonist on another planet. You have to plant crops, forage, fish, and help build a colony. Think Stardew Valley in space. If you like games like Stardew Valley and Harvest Moon you will enjoy this game. There is a lot of exploration, building, and of course building friendships and romances with your fellow colonists. You can take your time with the game. There's a very relaxed vibe and you can do tasks for others, farm, clone animals like space cows, and help to build and grow your colony. There is wonderful diversity and representation among the characters and it is easy to see how much love, thought, and care went into this game. It is a lot of fun to play and there is a lot to do in it as well.

The Hunger (1983)
The Hunger (1983)
1983 | Horror

"I loved it. I thought it was such a sensual movie. I’ve always been a very curious person when it comes to sensuality and sexuality. I was raised by a mother that always taught my sisters and I that the body is not what’s tainted, it’s the mind. Therefore there was a lot flexibility; she gave us a lot of responsibility. She trusted us with things that kids aren’t supposed to be watching. My mom has a version of what censorship is, and it’s quite different to what censorship means to a lot of societies and cultures. I was very grateful for that because it taught me so much passion, and it taught me to feel okay with the human body and wanting passion and love. And The Hunger was an amazing love story. I loved the performances by Catherine Deneuve and Susan Sarandon and David Bowie."

"This was an insanely important record for me and a whole generation of bedroom producers. I was probably into Nirvana before that. Even though it doesn’t have lyrics, it taps into the mind of a teenage boy. It’s perfect, you can get lost in it. A lot of the first music I tried to make on my own was trying to sound like DJ Shadow, that was the blueprint. You might not be able to hear the influence so much in Metronomy, I think by my first album I was finding my own sound, but I think the biggest thing I took from this record is in terms of instrumental music and what it can be, the fact it can be even more emotive and emotional than lyrical music, it gives you quite a lot of room to think about a lot of stuff."

Arienna is a wayward brownie that wants to have love and sex and lots of it. She has had her heartbroken too many times especially when her ex marries her mother!! She gets drunk then wakes up in a fairy prison with her best friend can she form an alliance to help the fairies bring peace to the kingdoms or will she be executed for her sins?

I really enjoy Miranda Grant's writing and stories I have read the fairy-tale of the myths series. This book has a lot more sex and steamy scenes and a lot more graphic violence then the others I have read but there are also a lot of other emotions involved and you can feel them with the way she writes. She is a fantastic author with a fantastic imagination and I cannot wait to read more from her.

Well done Miranda 4/5 stars

Vanilla has been in an accident. She has woken with no recollection of who she is or has been. She has tried everything so far to try and jog her memory so her family resort to the only thing they have left the center. Maybe she will discover a lot more than herself.

I found this a very interesting story. There were a lot of things happening. I like the way that we, as a reader, go along with the same amnesia that Vanilla has, and that we follow every step that she takes in her discovery to find out who she is. There are a lot of heartaches involved and some of the stuff she finds out is gut-wrenching but it makes it more interesting and gives more motivation to find out what has happened.

I recommend this.

Godzilla (2014) Review
Contains spoilers, click to show
Godzilla (2014) was a really good movie, it had a lot action and a lot suspense. However it didn't really contain too many scenes with Godzilla, it had a lot of facial expressions from Aaron Taylor Johnson, and by a lot I mean the same expression. ? <- That one.
The whole movie, I believe was definitely a set up for Godzilla: King of the Monsters due out in 2019, though it could have used a little bit more "monster" in it. I liked it though, but it's missing some key elements to make it Godzilla, but once you get passed the obvious problems with it, it proves to be a really great film. The roar they created for this new take on Godzilla is by far my favorite aside from the 1999 Toho film. America has finally done Godzilla justice however, especially compared to the Matthew Broderick starring Godzilla in the early 2000's whom is now labeled as simply "Zilla." Great film to watch, get caught up before Godzilla: King of the Monsters hits theaters on May 31, 2019.

"We saw their show a couple of weeks back, and of course I love the Black Moth Super Rainbow stuff, and Tobacco too. But I have to say when I was at the show there was a lot of new music he played and I was like 'Fuck, that's cool'. And then he gave me the new record and I discovered that a lot of what they played is on that, so to me it's the best that they've, or he's, done. He does the same song, over and over. He's working in the same colour palette every time, and he knows it, and he knows he's trapped in it, and I know it too. And it's rejuvenating. Even though you've heard these sounds he does a lot, it still comes back at you. Very effective. It's very evocative. He uses all these reverbs and echoes and distortions and it doesn't become music to you, it becomes an atmosphere, a mood. That's what a lot of this music I've talked about does: you don't think it's about drugs, you don't think it's about guitar playing, it's about a world that's created in your mind as these sounds are playing. It's fantastic."
