Classic Pike. Group of friends commit some heinous act that they don't tell anyone about and wacky shenanigans ensue. I have to say the letters freaked me out a lot more when I first read this book. The ending still makes me sniffly, though.

This like most tv series these days have had a lot of money thrown at it, BUT I have to say, it keeps very close to the classic story. Good casting, great show. (0 more)
You probably won't be able to watch the second series without paying for it. (0 more)

Rolling Stone's 91st greatest album of all time
Really good double album, though it starts and ends really strongly there is a lot less familiar and less good songs in the middle section. Still a really good listen with some incredible songs, but a little padded out.

"I’m really into quite a lot of the weird subgenres that span off from metal – metalcore, grind, mathcore and so on. For me this is one of the first (and best) experiments with the limits of the genre, and is still a heart-stoppingly brilliant listen."

"I find a lot of comedy from this period to be dated, but I never feel that way about Annie Hall. Somehow even references to psychoanalysis and Marshall McLuhan feel vital. And you’ve got to love Paul Simon as the most unlikely lothario in film history."

"I like Gladiator, the one with Russell Crowe, because it’s an epic and they used CGI really well, I thought. I like those movies. A lot of films I’ve done, it was about the hero’s journey and all that Joseph Campbell stuff. That’s a good one."

This book lit a fire under me, I read this and was inspired, me being a perfectionist, it took a lot of weight off my shoulders. Overall this book is a breath of fresh air for you when you tend to overthink.

2021 | Animation, Family
To Be Honest, I liked Raya a lot. However, it serves more like a kid's movie than anything else. Disney is too afraid to actually dig into any of the themes they presented, which hurts this film. Great movie for children, but too shallow for Adults.

I don't like a lot of the things Calloway thinks. There are moments when I want to punch his sexist face, but I'm hoping there's improvement in future books; as mad as Cal has made me, I'm interested in reading more about him and Rome.
