What I needed
I watch and read a lot of things so it's fabulous to have somewhere I can share them. It's also awesome to have honest reviews that can make or break my decision to watch or read something, saving me some time to watch or read something I'll actually enjoy!

Better than the original
How to top the original? Go bigger, bolder and ask more grown up questions. This does it all and throws in Wonder Woman herself (well her voice at least). Personally thought it was better than the first, and that doesnt happen to often

Rolling Stone's 7th greatest album of all time
Great Stones album, but I'm a little unsure as to why it is rated as their best. I suppose as a whole it is a great album, whereas a lot of their other albums have some superb songs with a number of lesser tracks.

"I’ve read a lot about climate change. Mostly it’s depressing—which isn’t a good reason to not understand it. But this book from Amory Lovins and his Rocky Mountain Institute is an antidote for doom and gloom. It offers a thoroughly researched set of options for engineering our way out of the crisis."

"It’s a great meditation on how we treat and mistreat ‘the other.’ A magical, thought provoking film that I saw at a time in my life when I was questioning a lot of things about the nature of humanity and how we react when we come up against the unknown and unknowable."

"This record was revolutionary. Very subtle, very elegant. I do a lot of collaborations now. This record gave me all the answers I needed at that time. I realised that you can work with people and keep your soul. You don't need to change anything. Keep being yourself. Keep defending your truth."

"“It brought forth the revolutionary in me. I think that Malcolm X represented a lot of authentic militarism during a time of integration and segregation in the 50s and 60s. So he just gave me a new perspective on how he felt about integration and human rights – not just African-American rights.”"

"This is what I listened to a lot during the 2019 World Championships in Doha. The 'being on top of the world' lyrics just really motivated me. You don't want too many songs like Eminem's 'Lose Yourself' where the lyrics can hype you up too much, but this one really resonated with me.'
