A very good fun slasher that has a lot of humour in it. One of the best slasher films I have seen in a while, maybe since House of Wax? It seems the guys working on this know all the right ingredients to give the fans what they want. It doesn't take itself seriously and the characters still make jokes even when being chased by the killer....which was maybe going a bit far. Still it has a cool young cast, good effects, some original kills and a wild party theme throughout. Definitely one for slasher fans!!

Better Than Okay
This book was an aesthetic in itself. A painting. Sad, simple and so, so beautiful. I loved it a lot. Its complexity was simplified, made easier to understand. You fall in love with the characters, and you can't fall out of love with them again. Marin and Mabel's relationship was so gorgeous- and very elegantly, very casually done. I think this book was beautiful, and so damn elegant. Marin's recovery isn't obvious, and it isn't a huge recovery, but it's certainly amazing. All in all, this book was great, sweet, simple, and oh-so-gorgeous.

My preferred way to keep from getting lost.
I use Google Maps a lot. There is something nice about having all of the maps for anywhere that you are right in your hand at all times.
Recently on a trip to Seattle, as a family, we used Google maps to get down to Pike's Fish Market, find a spot for lunch, get back to the car, and then with a quick Google search we got to drive by the Hospital that they use for the outside shots of Grey's Anatomy.
Such a solid app!

The first half of this book was sooooooo slow, it didn't read easily and I had trouble making it through sentences without re-reading them. Too many descriptions, and weird words that no-one would know, odd sayings that were confusing. A lot of unnecessary noise that I had trouble remembering who was who. The second half was MUCH better though! It was a big stretch how everything came together at the end - felt a little forced. I received a copy of DEATH AT A FIXER-UPPER by Sarah T. Hobart as party of a House Party in exchange for my honest review.

Amazing film
Don't be put off thinking this is just another cheesey chick flick, that would be an unjust insult. This is a very well made film with a great story of true love standing the test of time. The acting, score, cinematography and the 40's theme costumes and sets really show this is a very well produced film. It might be obvious from early on what is going to happen but it doesn't stop the journey being any less fun. If you liked the romance side of Titanic and Pearl Harbour you will like this a lot.

I’ll readily admit that I did not finish reading this book, and that is saying a lot coming from someone who will usually finish a book, even if I don’t really enjoy it.
I got about a hundred pages into this before I was so fed up with the characters that I just could not continue. These teenagers were so whiny and over dramatic that the6 made me appreciate the real-life preteens that I teach.
You’ll find far less melodrama in an actual classroom than in these pages. I imagine only actual high school students could stomach reading these caricatures of themselves.

Very much enjoyed this book. I’m not a big gamer and nor was I alive in the 80s but I was still able to get a lot of the references and Cline did a great job of explaining everything. The story got me hooked from the beginning. This world, inside and outside the OASIS, was very interesting and highly developed, so it was very easy to imagine. It was all just a big puzzle and it was fun to go through it. I do wish there had been a little more at the end other than the contest just ending. Overall great read.

Back when this trilogy first came out, I read it all in a few days because I loved it. It got kind of ruined by all the hype and movies in my opinion though just like Twilight got ruined with the movies and all too.
This trilogy is awesome although I don’t agree with who Katniss ends up with - I was for Gale and still am. It also crushed me when things happened with her sister and other characters in the story line, but that’s also why it was such a great trilogy.

A gritty hard thriller about a cop killer in London. It has a great well known UK cast, more TV than film though. The only real problem is the story they have to work with, it's a bit weak at best. As a result there is very little suspense in the plot, it also has a fairly low budget feel to it. It's ok for those who like a quick fix of action/thriller with a simple basic story. Others might like a bit more substance in the plot, which could have made it a lot better.
A great first volume! Saga is definitely NOT for children. The story hooked me from the first pages. The characters are interesting and different. Adding the innocence of a baby into the story pushes the story in a direction that demands strength, courage, and emotion right next to the vulgarity of war. I look forward to reading about what happens next. There is a lot going on in the story with different characters' places in the war, but it's still easy to follow. If you're on the fence about giving this story a try, read it!!
