I still love this series.

Witty, paranormal, adventure/mysteries with Marnie and the team. If you haven't read this series yet and like the sound of it, I definitely recommend you buy it.

Long but oh, so good.

P.S. I'm still holding out for a Mark Batten/Marnie Baranuik full on romance--maybe possibly with Harry not minding sharing her or not in the frame at all, though I can't see that happening. Maybe in book three which I am dying to buy!

The prologue had me immediately hooked! I was very interested in how the story would turn out and I became caught up in the mystery. I went through almost as many suspects. Despite knowing she was already dead, I couldn't help but be a tad bit disappointed that she didn't come back to life - not that I really expected that to happen. I also didn't expect to find out who the killer was and what happened. You don't run into mysteries this good very often!

Kerri has done it again! Something about her writing is so addictive, I hated interrupting my reading time for work. I think I liked Hunting Prince Dracula more than I liked Stalking Jack the Ripper, which is great, because sometimes a series tends to go downhill instead of getting better. Honestly, I'm not sure which I'm enjoying more: solving mysteries with Miss Audrey Rose or watching her relationship with Thomas unfold, at an infuriatingly slow pace. I look forward to seeing what's in store for these two!

"21st-century journalist Olivia Watson thinks travelling back in time to 1934 to attend a Halloween party with her friend Detective Steven Blackwell will be a lot of fun. And it is...until she witnesses the head of the Shipley Five-and-Dime empire murdered, and fears the killer saw her face."
