This is a totally engrossing psychological thriller told from the perspective of the main protagonist Brogan and what an excellent character he is ... a perfect bad guy but with a vulnerable side to him that almost makes you feel sorry for him ... I say almost because he is one sick and deranged individual who enjoys playing with his victims before inflicting pain and suffering.
There is plenty of dark humour to lighten this dark book and with a simple and straight forward plot written at a good pace, this is a great read that I have no hesitation to recommend to readers out there who enjoy a book that takes the mundane of daily life and turns it into something sinister.
Thank you Serpents Tail / Profile Books / Viper Books via NetGalley for my advance copy in return for an unbiased and unedited review.

siblings Ross and monica Gellar (still suffering with sibling rivalry) monicas neighbours from across the hall Joey tribbiani (a struggling actor, with the IQ of a child but a heart of gold) and Chandler Bing (the groups comedian and Ross's college roommate) monica's High school bestie Rachel Green ( queen Rachel. Who does whatever she wants in her little Rachel land) & phoebe buffay (wacky, unpredictable and very odd).
The characters and their daily lives are what makes this show great as it mirrors the reality of every day people, although there have been shows since it ended that have had a similar impact on viewers, none have truly come close to being as genuine.
Heart warming storylines, legendary one liners and quotes we all still use today, there's Love, Laughter, Lust, Loss and great cameos from brad Pitt, Jeff Goldblum, Robin Williams, Paul Rudd, Bruce Willis and so many more, it's easy to see why after nearly 20yrs since it ended, it's still here.
Its 2019 & I have personally watched this show from beginning to end (with a little help from Netflix) 7 times an will continue to do so.

Thomas Brogan is a serial killer on the run, who finds an abandoned end of terrace house to hide in. He discovers that this house and the other three in the row have a shared loft space. So Brogan starts to spy on his neighbours. He has a penchant for playing games with his victims, and this is an ideal set up for him - and the secrets that he discovers are more than enough to keep him entertained.
This is such a fast paced, entertaining read, and I can well imagine it as a film. There are some very interesting twists and turns, and some real heart-in-mouth moments. It was another great reading experience with The Pigeonhole, the comments and opinions from the other readers making it all the more entertaining, and the author dropping in to answer questions. This is what makes The Pigeonhole so great!
If you like your thrillers a bit gory and a bit inappropriately funny, you’ll love this book - I did!

Admittedly that's not a very unnerving name but the family in question may make you rethink your choice In neighbours (you know the peace loving Jones's two doors down).
Completely flipping the idea box upside Down there hasn't really been a great RE: game since RE:4 until now, pitting you against the psychotic members of the baker family (& zoe?...who is so scary, she literally does nothing) & grandma??? (Seriously, she's the creepiest character..who manages to do less than zoe!?)
You play as newcomer Ethan, who has received a message from his fiance who's been missing for 3 years (and who's hair is exactly the same length as it was 3 years ago- that's right I'm calling them out on this one) who goes in search of her, leading him to a rundown mansion in rural Louisiana, USA, eventually things take a sinister turn as you come face to face with the Baker family.
