"A salaciously satisfying novel that’s a great read, especially if you’re having a sexual nervous breakdown."

Cute fast graphic novel that is warm hearted and very interesting read

Wasn’t sure what to expect at first and I agree with some other reviews when they say it’s a mix of graphic novel, self help with a mix or philosophy.

So I was extremely excited to read this novella but I felt that it was lacking. The writing was a little... I guess different from her first few novel.

All in all, I wish that this was an actual novel and not a novella.

"Dave Eggers released two books this year, and The Circle received more attention than this one. But I loved this all-dialogue novel, and always find myself recommending it. It's a philosophically searching novel with the pace and energy of an addictive beach read."

"I’ve just re-read State of Grace by Joy Williams. Published in 1986, this novel kept me turning pages at high speed from the very first sentence: "There is no warning of daylight here.” This is the American novel at its height of biblical longing."

When I first read the novel, Lost Stars, I had mixed feelings... the second time, I loved it.
This is the first of three manga adaptations of Lost Stars. The art is good, and the characters look like I imagined them from the novel.

OMG!! Where to begin?!? I put off reading this novel for so long because it is post-apocalyptic, which I'm not interested in AT ALL. However, it was AMAZING!! The setting jumps throughout various periods of time and follows several different characters. The novel is full of intertwined stories and details and includes flashbacks and several recurring themes. There is no way to explain how well-written this novel is. I loved it so much!

I really enjoyed this collection of survivor stories. This was truly inspirational. At this moment, I have been dealing with some personal drama that has made me give up hope. It was truly a blessing that I found this novel as a Kindle First novel.

This book shows that we can all survive horrid situations. This is a good book if you're wanting an inspirational novel that shows the strength of survivors or horrid situations.
