This story got better and better with every turn or should I say with every swipe of the page. The two sets of twins continue to come into their powers but Rowan seems to be getting more than she bargained for. Putting this book down was extremely hard as I kept feeling pulled into the story and connecting with everyone of the characters. After rejoicing for Chloe and Cian I am now looking forward to the next book to see what happens with Rowan and Xavier. High praise for this amazing author and I highly recommend this book!

I read the first four a while back and went straight out as I was sucked in by the writing and I just wanted more!!
I have just read the fifth about 1 month ago.
I love how she is a weird kid, with weird 'powers' but I also love how she becomes her own women and struggles through it and comes out on top. All five books are fantastic and I cant wait for the 6th final book to come out just to see if true love really can conquer all in the face of adversity.

Thor: God of lightning
Theres good comic book movies, theres bad comic book movies and then theres Thor.
Chris Hemsworth stars as Thor, marvels answer to Gladiator.
When a truce is broken and Thor's home comes under threat by long time enemies, he ignores the command of his Father Oden and declares war. Because of this he is stripped of his position and banished to Earth. Found by jane, an astrophysicist, he must earn his powers back, stop his untrustworthy adopted brother Loki (Tom hiddleston) and save 2 Realms from total destruction. Thor is a fun film for everyone.

Some reviewers said that this second volume of the Grounded story (which JMS was less directly involved with) was much better than the first. I disagree. Volume 2 is less consistent and seems unsure of what story it wants to tell, perhaps because of fan backlash over earlier issues in this story arc (contained in Volume 1) that focused more heavily on Superman getting back in touch with his core values by underplaying his powers to connect with regular people.

This collection is good, but the former was more provocative, morally challenging, and even inspiring at times.
