This isn't the type of book I would usually read, but I really enjoyed it. It was funny, moving, and surprisingly sad in places, and almost made me cry on the train! It also many correct insights about living in (particularly north) London, and I feel that it will now occupy a soft spot in my heart.

As far as I can remember this was my first Laymon novel. I read it quite a while ago now so I don't remember a great deal about it. I gave it 4 stars as this is the book that got me into reading laymon and I have to say he is one of my favourite authors. I remember being transfixed to this book. It's well written, fast paced and shocking. Great read!

I wish I could give this book more than 5 stars. I started it and couldn't put it down. I read the entire thing in a day and was brought to tears multiple times. This is a gut wrenching read that I recommend to anyone who wants to get a better emotional feel for so much of what is going on in our political climate right now.

This series is so action packed at times, it's like a movie or tv show.

I figured that Sara and Nikolai would be something like that--I've read too many books about werewolves and vampires and the like to not figure it out.

I could happily stay up and read the third book in the series right now but I don't currently have it.

No matter what your book-lovin’ heart desires, you should consider the non-fiction books below:

The Autumn's new releases in nonfiction are even more exciting than the return of the pumpkin spice latte.

A sweet charming tail of a stuffed bear who wants a new home. I loved it as a kid, and it still holds up well now.

Love this app!
Have been using this for a few months now, and have earned my T!
It fun, I love to read what others write, and it is a great forum to have a rant about your favourite (and least favourite) things.

Argh!!

I love Piper and Ash together. They're so cool with the stone and the stuff they can get it to do. I really want to read the rest of this series so bad but it will have to wait until I get back home now.
