I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this book and how relatable these characters were. I felt joy, sadness, and heartbreak for Essie. I often times felt like I was watching a real reality show think ___ kids and counting from TLC. I loved how much it also related to thinks that are news now. Womens rights and violence against women. For being a book about a religious family that didn't play much into the book except to be part of various locations or one of parts of the story. I really loved how the book came to be a 180 turn around and how Essie seemed to pull the strings by guiding things to happen but not forceful she knew one to step back and wait.

It was amazing
The movie was absolutely astonishing. Not only was Hugh Jackman included but the songs were great and so catchy and it’s a family friendly film that everyone can enjoy.
However, although it is a great movie, it in a way celebrates P.T Barnum as someone who empowered people when in reality he exploited them for his own benefit.
For instance, one of his earliest “hits” was Joice Heth, a blind, partially paralysed slave. Barnum claimed she was 161 years old (even though she was half that) and when she died, he held a public autopsy and charged people to watch. Obviously we wouldn’t see Jackman do that.
However, without any reference to what Barnum was actually like, I love this film so much and would definitely watch it again.

Nowhere near as good as the first but still entertaining
The anticipation for Deadpool 2 was great. The reality, not so great. The movie spends 2 hours regurgitating bits of other movies that you have just enough time to recognize, and wonder why, before they zoom off to the next. It comes across as a quilt made of pieces torn from other weird, ugly and not at all matching or coordinating quilts. Deadpool is still funny but he seems to try too hard at making things stick. Some characters are strange additions or recurrences while others are just plain lost, wandering around the set, just getting paid. That said, it does provide some mindless entertainment and a few parts are genuinely funny.

Good waste of time
Facebook is a part of life these days, I've been on there for about 10 years and checking Facebook has become a must multiple times a day for me (more habit than anything else).

However it is such a waste of time. There are far too many ads and rubbish posted.

The powers that be on there are either overzealous or disinterested.

It's also a great way of making yourself miserable by comparing your life to others (which is often massaged to look better than reality)

I don't think I could leave Facebook but sometimes I kinda wish I'd not joined in the first place.

Don’t believe the hype (or lack of it!)
I enjoyed this. I didn’t expect to, because it hasn’t had the best reviews, but I’m always pretty open minded when it comes to comic adaptations. I like the action and the unbelievability (if I want reality, I watch the news!), and I think Jason Mamoa was a pretty ‘believable’ Aquaman. Or at the very least, nice to look at ??‍♀️ (Shallow, I know). Special effects were really good, lots of underwater, floaty stuff, with loads of action and fighting (my boys really loved those bits).
And the environmental message was pretty clear: stop throwing rubbish in the sea, people!
So, we’ve seen the origin of Aquaman, and I feel we’ve been set up nicely for a follow up. I’ll be watching it.

Better Than The First One
Nothing happens, i repeat nothing fucking happens until the last 15 minutes of the movie. I mean somethings happen, but thats once in every 20-30 minutes. So in reality for a 90 minute movie, 4-5 intrest things happen and thats it, the rest is boring, watching people, more cameras and i almost forgot more cameras.

The Plot: When the Reys move into their new Southern California home, little do they realize that the house is already occupied. After coming home one day to find the house in disarray -- but with no signs of forced entry or robbery -- they install a video surveillance system to catch the perpetrators. But nothing prepares them for what happens next.

Zzzzzzzz what something happens, okay back to nothing zzzzzzz.

Whats Reality
Cube 2- Hypercube- is wired and you probley have to watch it multiplte times to fully understand it. Im going to watch it again, just because i need to understand it more.

The Plot: Without remembering how they got there, several strangers awaken in a prison of cubic cells, some of them booby-trapped. There's onetime cop Quentin (Maurice Dean Wint), scientist Holloway (Nicky Guadagni), young math genius Leaven (Nicole de Boer), master of escapes Rennes (Wayne Robson), autistic savant Kazan (Andrew Miller) and architect Worth (David Hewlett), who might have more information on the maze than he lets on. The prisoners must use their combined skills if they are to escape.

Its good horror movie, but you have to watch it multiplte times to fully understand it.
