Astonishingly Relatable
I never go into a celebrity memoir expecting much, but I was shocked by not only how much I really enjoyed this book but also by how relateable it was to me. There were parts that could have literally been taken from my life. As such, I devoured this book and have even been considering rereading it which is something I do not normally do.
Such a good book! Mental illness can be a very touchy subject and I feel like Nicola handled it with grace and opened the reader's eyes to being on the inside. The pacing is perfect, not feeling rushed like some romances can. All of the characters are perfectly crafted, their flaws making them even more relatable and harder to let go of at the end. Fantastically written!

Wow! This novel deserves all the hype it gets. It's manages to be incredibly magical in such a sci-fi world, yet still remaining relatable. The characters are beautifully rounded and strong. The one downside is, if you have very little knowledge of 80's pop culture references, you may find yourself lost in this one.

Something unique. Not like all the other tv shows so entertaining yet its only about everyday problems. Its also deeper in that it shows how people cope differently with grief. It really does walk to line between sad and hilarious as you see the main character use sarcasm to deal with his wife’s death.
