This is book number 3 of the Esposito county shifters series. Although it belongs to a series I feel it can be read as a stand-alone as you can understand what each character is to the story. I haven't read any of the other books in this series but I am interested in looking into reading the others.

I like Nicola as an author whatever she is doing in a story she seems to give with all her heart and make you feel that character's story.

This is a very steamy story with a lot of intimacy so if you blush easily then this is not a book for you! If you don't, go for it! I guarantee you will enjoy! It also has the element of danger and suspense with a bit of magic in there too.

I recommend it highly.

Kenna is looking for a mentor she can't travel far so is stuck on campus. The dark Dr. Dayton Merino the university psychiatrist, who seems very familiar to Kenna but he's hiding something and she is determined to find out who's hiding behind the mask.

This is the first book in the confessional series. This story is completely captivating and I thoroughly enjoyed the constant suspense and tension between both of the main characters. I was a little shocked by the last confession by Dayton I don't want to give too much away as you will find out when you read it.

This is a very intense storyline with a lot of action, I want to say, but not always physical, mental would possibly be more accurate with them both playing games with each other.

I sincerely enjoyed this book and am looking forward to reading the next one in the series.

not really my thing.
Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian, I was gifted my copy of this book.

This will be a short review, and for that I am sorry, My brain is shutting down, and I'm struggling to put much sense into my reviews!

I liked this enough to finish it, so that's a good thing right now!

I liked Callisto, I found her interesting and engaging. Her first person voice is clear and defined. I liked her!

There is much science in this book. MUCH. I found it a little hard work at times, and easy going at others. But I did find myself skimming over some parts too.

There is romance here, but I'm not tagging as such. Its very much in the background. I would have liked more, to be honest, it might have broken up the science.

There is some repetition of the same point: that men are ruining the world and only women can fix it. It got a bit much.

So, I did finish it, and I can only really stretch to:

3 stars

Vivianna Sky and Adrian Graves have got a lot of demons to work through with themselves and others. When there is an unexplained phenomenon feeding off the life force of unborn children and expectant mothers, causing their lives and families to fall apart they must do everything they can to stop any more tragedies from happening.

This is book number 2 of the darker desires series, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it so far and I'm hoping that there is more to come from V and Adrian's story (please Tesla?)

The writing is so smooth it just flows and if I didn't have responsibilities I would of quite happily read this in a day I just wish I could have l the stories at once to read straight after one another.

The battle scenes are extremely well described and graphic and there are some sexual scenes but they are tastefully written and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at any point reading them

Another brilliant novel from Tesla Storm

A recommended read from me

Steph has been headhunted to help unravel a code that has been found that so far nobody has had any luck trying to decipher. Whilst working on the code she finds the mansion under attack she hides out in the best place she can think of, she does get found and for some reason, the person that found her seems very familiar and when he reveals why she is stunned!

Mirrorfall is the first in the series Ash and Blue. I found the book quite interesting - it's a bit MIB mixed with Winx saga and a bit more besides. Although I found it captivating there were times when I kind of thought hang on a minute, really would you process news like that as quickly as she seemed to? There were also times I did feel slightly confused as to what was going on that was more in the first few chapters though it may just have been me.

I did enjoy the overall story and experiences that happened in there so would definitely recommend you read this.

all the babies!
Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian, I was gifted my copy of this book.

This is an addition to the Tangled Tentacles AND Assassins To Order series, it cannot be read as a stand alone.

What this is, right, is a wonderful catch up everyone and I loved it, bar one thing.

There are a lot of babies in this book, and a LOT of surprises for several members of this ever growing family!

I liked that Magnus puts his paw down with Kelvin's kraken about their birth. I LOVED the surprise for Markov and Cassius, that one threw me! Them too, but did not see that one coming! I loved that there were conversations about NOT having babies, at all or just yet.

But the best surprise was for Marvin and Ajani!

So, what didn't I love?? Too short! I need more of these kind of catch up shorts, or better yet, the next book in the Assassins series! I love these books, and it's been a little while.

a delightful catch up, thank you for writing them!

4 too stinking cute and warm and fuzzy stars

This is the second book in the a series of falling starts set and I thoroughly enjoyed this one as much as the first. I'm also glad it's not over yet as I'm not ready to say goodbye to any of the characters yet.

There are so many emotions and different feelings that are dealt with in this story the confusion that some of the members of the band deal with regarding themselves, sexuality, feelings certainties and hopes. It's a brilliant story to read that centres about relationships, different sexualities and also finding yourself and trying to understand your own self and worth. It sheds a whole different light on what seems to be a simple routine of a world famous K-pop band there is a lot more too it.

You are doing a fantastic job, M.L. East, at bringing very sensitive subjects to light in a calm and understanding manner with just enough humour in there just to make it not so heavy. Keep up the fantastic work well done.

5/5 stars a definite recommendation, please read the series!

pure sugar!
Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian, I was gifted my copy of this book.

A short review for a short book, only 5 chapters, 64 pages, took me about 40 minutes to read.

Some chocolate eggs and bunnies escape and find their way into the lives for four men, who each find love.

This book is PURE sugar! It's so bloody SWEET, your teeth will rot but I LOVED it!

I will usually say that I prefer my books on the more explicit/sexy side, but this particular book is almost clean, just some kissing and some talk about what one character wants to do. CLEAN and I loved that it was!

I've only read another short by London, and loved that too, but now I want to read something longer, more in depth book. I like the way she spins her tales, I really do.

This book landed on my kindle at 9am. It was read by 10am. I hadn't moved out my pit, I'm full of a cold but this book made me feel a little better, about myself and the world.

So, thank you Ms London, this dollop of sugar set me up for the day!

4 solid stars.
