I finished this book in no time at all with zero trouble. Now that I look back at the story, I can imagine how much work it must have taken for the author to come up with this complex backstory. This book was very playful and amusing at times!

There are multiple POVs, and Carmack handles them very well in third person omniscient. I was never turned around or confused about whose perspective I was in, and there was never an ‘okay, can we get back to the other storyline??’ moment.

Planet Earth also uses flawless time-lapse photography to show climate and seasonal changes -- like a sandstorm in the Sahara Desert or the transformation of parched desert land in Africa into a lush feeding ground for species of all shapes and sizes.

That authenticity is what makes the film so enchanting. That’s what Showalter is so good at presenting. His films – even in their overt quirkiness – never come across as anything but sincere. He doesn’t appear in The Big Sick. Nor did he write it.

I loved the friendships that were formed during the course of the book, and yes, the romance too. And I absolutely adored the romance. But the focus was definitely more on the platonic friendships, which I appreciated.

This album is not so much his ninth studio album as much as it is his declaration of independence from the system that has tied him down since the beginning of his career. Gucci sounds more comfortable, confident and icier

I have to bash instead of praise. I hope this will deter others from making the same mistake I did.I thought this would blow away original because it essentialy was ''two'' games in one, the simulation mode and then arcade mode.

I could easily see this being the type of game some people will adore and obsess over, while others will struggle to finish. If what I've described piques your curiosity and you're a sucker for well-written characters, this is likely worth a go.

There's a story, there's consistently absurd lore, but not unlike South Park, the game wants to keep you laughing and a little surprised by the weird and unexpected visual joke or silly throwaway line. By and large, the jokes are pretty smart
