"This book shot a lightning-bolt of understanding into my mind regarding the role of social media in the terrible political division racking our country. It also made me think that we make a grave error when we mistake the virtual world (of anonymity, cowardice, surficial snark, and posturing, one-dimensional, self-presentational bravado) for the real one – the one where people have to say things to one another’s faces, and are constrained, via the basic manners we are all pretty adept at learning, from being rude, dickish, or insulting."

This was definitely a smooth read - I read it mainly so I could see the movie and I'm pumped about movie though I'm pretty sure it wont be the same. I had issues with some of the context - I get Rihannon had issues with things but she was a rude rudeeeeeeee one at some parts. And the part before the very end was great and sweet, though I was a bit upset by the end, ABRUPT much - then I saw it was a series - I have no intention of reading book 2 but I am excited for book 3 to come out.

I decided that after seeing Table 19 I'd go home and watch Rogue One as I'd picked up the DVD as they were putting them out on the shelved this morning... but then I noticed that Boss Baby had a showing in a few minutes, and it would have been rude not to see that too. There were some funny bits, and I quite enjoyed it, although I thought the "demon" children through Tim's glasses were a bit scary for a kids film. Probably that's just me associating it with horror films I've seen though. Where do I get a forever puppy?

The chemistry between Andy Samberg and Adam Sandler (2 more)
It's unbelievably unique, you won't get this film confused with anything else
If you have a wide sense of humour, it's actually really funny.
It has such cringy moments (2 more)
It's dirtier than necessary doesn't need to be so crude.
Adam Sandler's voice drives me crazy in this.
Crass but had it's funny moments
This movie is good, it's just a very crude film. The story itself is based on a rude event, so yeah. If you're of a nervous disposition don't watch it lol. Despite the crudeness it does have some hilarious moments and has some fab actors in it, also a random cameo!!
