I was provided with a complimentary copy of this book so I could give an honest review.
Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card is one of my favorite books. Being offered the opportunity to read his latest, Lost and Found, is an honor and privilege. I know I am supposed to be unbiased when doing reviews but it was difficult in this case.
Lost and Found is not long, less than 300 pages, and flows wells so it is a quick read. In it, we are introduced to Ezekiel Blast who has a gift for finding lost items. He feels compelled to return his finds. Instead of being thanked, people accuse him of taking the items in the first place. He is friendless and an outcast until a girl walks up to him and asks "Are you really a thief?
This story is charming and engaging. The well-developed characters are endearing. It is being marketed as SciFi and Fantasy as well as Teen and Young Adult. I agree it is a Teen/YA book but, if anything, it is light SciFi and Fantasy. People who do not usually read SciFi and Fantasy will enjoy this story.
I believe I gave an unbiased opinion on this story especially since it is not a typical SciFi and Fantasy book.

Deja Vu
I really enjoyed the first @Happy Death Day (2017) film which was a refreshing mix of Slasher meets Groundhog Day with a comic twist. This sequel is very similar, looks like it was filmed at the same time? This time round we have more of a SciFi theme to explain the time loop in both films. It's still fun but obviously not quite as original as the first offering. The whodunit element takes more of a back seat in this film.
Overall an enjoyable film but you really do need to see the first one before this. If you liked that then you won't mind the Deja Vu watching this.

Questions, questions. Where's Evan? What happened to the camp? Ben and Cassie? Cassie and Evan? Will anyone get their real name back? Where are they going?
A gripping read with a scifi and dystopian feel. I had no idea cover to cover who to trust, who were good guys and bad guys. So much potential going into the next book.

Incredible plot (3 more)
Beautiful writing
Nuanced philosophical dilemma
Dynamic characters
Science meets Religion and has a two way conversation
Truly an incredible book, it is my go-to recommendation for anyone looking for something new. The reconciliation of religion and science has never been so beautifully scifi.
As someone raised without religion, this was still an incredible read, and truly made me see the beauty in both hard science and faith.

The most manliest manly film that every tried to be manly manly. It was all in that iconic handshake, haha. Loved watching Arnold Schwarzenegger run around the jungle like a madman, trying to fight one of the most awesome alien creations of scifi (the most awesome being Alien). The best lines in the movie is "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHGGGGGG" and "GET TO THE CHOPPER". what more could you want in a crazy, action, sci-fi, war-like movie?

I feel like I may be on of the last people to have gotten around to reading this dystopian scifi thriller, but I'm glad I finally listened to it (I downloaded it off of Audible). While Cline's necessity to drop some 80s reference (however obscure) in what seems like every other paragraph started to feel a little forced by the end, it was still a rollicking good story, and any 80s kid will completely dig this.
