"“Serpentine!” The funniest movie ever made. A buddy comedy with unparalleled chemistry between the two leads, Peter Falk and Alan Arkin (and Cassavetes’s DNA is at work even beyond the Falk connection, as John would replace the director of the disappointing not-quite-a-sequel, 1986’s Big Trouble). Falk and Arkin are a mismatch made in heaven. Rumor has it this was Brando’s favorite movie and is the reason he signed on to The Freshman, which was written and directed by The In-Laws scribe Andrew Bergman. Richard Libertini almost manages to steal the film in the last act as an eccentric Central American dictator/ventriloquist/art-lover."

Not scary at all for a horror film.
Was looking forward to finally watching this but was left disappointed somewhat by it.

First of all this ain't no horror film,its a thriller with some odd looking creatures in it and secondly how did this family survive whatever apocalypse happen to come along and wipe out humanity.A little bit of a backstory would have helped.

I didn't find the creatures that frightening or intimidating,how could they rip through a metal grain silo but not in the car when the kids happened to be inside it.Hopefully the sequel will be an improvement

Boo! Sequel Thats Bad But Good
Again, im not sure why but i liked this film. Again i thought it was really stupid it, but its so bad its good.

The plot: Tiffany travels to Derrick Lake to celebrate her 18th birthday at a Halloween frat party in the middle of the woods. Frantic and worried, Madea, Aunt Bam and Hattie hop in the car to save her from the same terrible fate that befell a group of teens there years earlier. Chaos soon strikes when the would-be heroes find themselves fighting for their lives against an array of spooky monsters, goblins and boogeymen.

Again i would reccordmend this movie.

I really enjoyed reading The Testaments. Margaret Atwood wrote it in the same style as The Handmaid's Tale, as it was the long-awaited sequel, however, it really had a unique voice. While it followed the general idea of what happened during The Handmaid's Tale, it was a story of other women voicing their stories 15 years later. If you are on the fence about whether or not to spend the time reading The Testaments, yes, take the time. It's a 415 page book, but it's a very smooth read that definitely makes it seem shorter. I loved finally being able to read Margaret Atwood's expansion on this story.

Sequel to Wreck-it Ralph, in which Ralph and Venelope travel to the internet in search of a replacement part for a broken wheel in Venelope's Sugar Rush arcade race.

It's not a bad film: animation (as expected) is top notch, and it has the requisite life lesson thrown in for good measure, but for me this just seemed somewhat lacklustre compared to the earlier entry. I did enjoy all the various internet nods throughout, however (some way more obvious that others - Amazon, E-Bay, Google, etc) - and the scene with the Disney Princesses are amongst the contender for the best of the film, but all-in-all ...
