This book wonderfully wrapped up the series.

All of the big mysteries and questions were answered in this book and the series was ended very well. The wonderful authors even had an ask any questions session on their Facebook page for any unanswered questions that were left over.

This book even introduces even more new characters, at first I was a bit hesitant however it became apparent that they were important to the story and the explanation of the Talented.

Overall I have fully enjoyed this series and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys paranormal YA books.

amazing life story with a very detailed background (0 more)
Wonderful Insight
I was a bit curious about this book as i have watched the series Narcos on Netflix which has been created from this book. The book is much darker and contains a lot of information about Pablo Escobar that was lacking in the series. This shows his childhood and how he grew to become one of the most notorious Drug lords in the world. If you like your biographical stories then this won't let you down. A fantastic read even for those who have not seen the series.

This is a good series. The main character is a little different. not only because Jane Yellowrock is a Cherokee shinkwalker. She is a walking contradiction that is socially awkward. For a sexually charged series (seriously, what kind of Vampire book isn't?) Jane is a bit of a prude; in the first book she does blush a lot and while the author does have slightly small not quite choppy sentences throughout the series, there it's a point to it.

Slight Spoiler:

The sentences get smaller/choppy when Beast is at the fore and/or when there is a lot if action.

Such a cute series of books!!
I always love going back to cross roads (each series is a stand alone) but they all have interconnections if that makes sense :)
Each of these Authors brings a unique story to the table, they all have different ways of showing emotions, character mentalities, and creative stories. I truly enjoy reading their stories and connecting with their characters.
I recommend putting this series on your To Be Read list.
I volunteered to read this book in return for my honest feedback, the thoughts and opinions expressed within are my own.
