Enjoyable Game and Addition to the Series
I love the Mass Effect series so I was excited to play this latest game in the series. I liked the story a lot because it was interesting and there were some great characters. The romance options were fairly decent and I did like the introduction of a new alien race and one of them became my favorite character in the entire game. The environments are beautiful and the game play is pretty good. I did have fun playing it. I just wish they had worked on the facial animations more because during cut scenes the expressions barely emote and appear wooden and robotic. It was also frustrating just how many bugs were in the game ranging from a character not showing up in a cut scene to the game freezing up. That aside, this is an enjoyable game and a good addition to the series, so it's worth checking out.

Good follow-up
This was the only one of the whole series (thus far) that I struggled with. It's not that it wasn't intriguing, but the pace was off. It was so slow. It could have been cut back maybe 50 pages.

However, the characters just make the whole series. I can't believe I ever disliked George as he's now a dear part of my heart. They all are to be honest. Lucy can be annoyingly stubborn, but that flaw makes her feel so real. She is a real kid with real issues.

The plot was a bit more convoluted than it needed to be, in my opinion. It was, of course, interesting and intricate, as I now expect from Jonathan Stroud. There are several seemingly unrelated storylines all leading to the grande finale in the end. It's a joy to read and solve with the agents.

It's hard to put into words, the magic of this series. I even got my mom hopelessly in love with the series. Sorry, not sorry, Mom.

Knocking on Windows
Whilst there are other series I love over this one, I have to give it a 10 star rating purely because of the episode Hush. Never before has a Tv series pushed the boundaries where a good per cent-age of the show there was no talking. Cine-graphically this episode is on a level above and beyond normal television programming. There are some great preformaces this series in this series in the form of Danny strong as Jonathan in Superstar. Giles turned into a Fyral demon. Buffy and Spike engaged in something Blue. Personally i wasn't a big fan of the initiative story arc or Riley but could see why others did.

"Can't even shout, can't even cry
The Gentlemen are coming by
Looking in windows, knocking on doors
They need to take seven and they might take yours
Can't call to mom, can't say a word
You're gonna die screaming but you won't be heard."

It's always weird when you finish a series of books. When it's a standalone novel, it's easier to let go of a set of characters, but with a series - especially when they go past the typical three - you spend so much time with the characters, they become a fixture for a while.

When I started the Lux series, I wasn't sold on it. I'm not a huge fan of YA novels at the best of times. Daemon amused me enough to keep me interested, though, so I slogged through the first and second books and hit the third... and that's when it captured me. Something clicked and the story became more than just a "yeah, it's not bad," to "holy shit, gimme more!"

Opposition has its issues. There are a couple of things I think could have been done better, but overall, a fantastic book which ties up the series nicely.

... and I've been informed today (and pre-ordered) that Luc is getting his own book in October this year (2018) so there's that!

Hauntingly Beautiful
This hauntingly captivating series has truly mastered the challenge of taking a horror plotline and making it into a TV series. Along with creating a gorgeous picture that keeps the audience focused on the screen they've taken what was originally a book, then adapted into multiple movies, and created something completely new off of it. My only complaint is that it ended too soon as it took me only two days to watch the whole series, unable to look away. The hauntingly beautiful scenes will stay in your mind while the twists throughout the story will leave you amazed. Although it is a little co fusing and hard to follow through the first episode the imagery alone will bring you through as this original plotline wraps around and ties everything together in the most shocking twist as you near the end. Highly reccomended for those who enjoy psychological thrillers, suspenseful horrors, and hauntingly twisted tales.

I was really excited to start this because it is a universally known fact that the book is always better than the film or TV adaptation. I don’t think that rule applies to Pretty Little Liars.

I definitely feel that the series is much better than the books. The series is always gripping, gives plenty of time for the plot to develop, and has likeable characters. I was addicted to it for a year of binging.

I had a few issues with the book.

If I had read the book before watching the series, I wouldn’t have gone onto Netflix and binged on it. I feel like the book was too small and the plot was too condensed. This made the characters very two-dimensional.

The characters in the book are also all unlikable. They are all really bratty and spoiled and they really annoyed me. The creators of the series completely changed them for the good.

It is still getting two stars because I did manage to finish the book. I was just really disappointed that it wasn’t any better.

Another fabulous book from Terri Anne Browning!
Another fabulous book from Terri Anne Browning! I've missed a bunch of this series and man I've got to get caught up!? Every one of her books sucks me in from page one and Rocking Kin was no different! Kin is struggling after the loss of her mother, having promised to move in with her Father, a man who has been non-existent in her life until now. Moved across the country, away from the only family she knows and loves, finding herself in a house she'll never consider home, surrounded by people who are family by name alone... Thankfully she meets Lucy, her new best friend and until Jace, a ghost from her past comes back into the picture, everything seemed manageable. But now he's back and her heart can't take another hit.... Fabulous rocker series & author, incredibly beautiful story, I couldn't help but fall in love with everyone of these characters. HIGHLY recommended book, series & author!!

OMG this series!!! HOT as hell! One day read!
OMG this series!!! HOT as hell! One day read.. couldn't put it down!? Quickly making her way up my favorite authors list, Meghan March killed it again with Dirty Love. Sucking me in from page one, after feeling broken and shocked at the end of Dirty Girl, I had to see where Greer and Cav headed to next. After one crazy night of drinking and a drunken tweet later, Greer finds Cav back in her life again, sweeping her off her feet to their own private paradise in attempt to win her back and move beyond their past. Family, secrets and past debts constantly working against them. Without giving up any spoilers, Ill just say this book (& series) was absolutely amazing. A roller coaster of emotions, I cried happy tears, laughed my a$$ off and just didn't want it to end. Fabulous writing, interesting storyline and lovable characters. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended book/series/author - I'll surely be back for more!!!
