I was very dubious about watching sing with my 23 month old twins, mainly cause the trailer doesnt do this movie justice. It's funny, original and full of quirky characters (my favourite is Miss Crawley). Heartfelt moments and lots of laughter, will be sure to get you singing along.

Lee Woodyard finds herself in another case when a reunion of her aunt's old high school singing group leads to a murder. As always, I love these characters and the plot moves forward very quickly. The definition of a light but fun mystery

Dolittle (2020)
Dolittle (2020)
2020 | Adventure
Robert Downey Jr's first post-Marvel/Iron Man foray, in which he takes on the role of celebrated vet Dr Dolittle (he who can 'talk to the animals' … although there's no singing in this version!), this is a pretty basic by-the-numbers children's film.

I've also no idea why Downey Jr is putting on a (very bad) Welsh accent throughout.

"Gorilla Biscuits are kind of cheesy, in a way, but at the same time they totally crystallized the archetypal hardcore sound and attitude. It's kind of hard to resist, in the end, the energy and positivity of the whole thing; I defy any real hardcore kid to not run around the room in a circle, finger-pointing, and singing along to "Big Mouth."

"This was a life changing record for me because, up to that point, I was lost. Really disenfranchised. I really hadn't found anybody else who was singing my song, so to speak. But Bon [Scott] really embodied everything that I thought a frontman should be. And between Malcolm and Angus [Young] I knew of no guitar duo at that time that touched them."

I <3 Courtney
This album is incredible. Courtney is a master of both complicated lyrics and simple singing. Her deadpan vocals just chime with me on every level. Sometimes, I feel this album can loose steam around halfway through, but its nothing I can't forgive with such incredible starting tracks. A real forerunner in the world of female lead alternative.

Barnum long before Bailey.
I honestly wish that I would have paid the money to see this film in the theaters. Some of the scenes were larger than life and deserved to be viewed that way. The cinematography was amazing. The storyline had a few glitches here and there, only somewhat following the real history of PT Barnum. I found myself singing along with songs that I couldn't even tell you how I already knew the words to. I wanted to watch it again the minute I'd finished it and that hasn't really happened to me in a long time. I fully recommend watching this. Even if you aren't typically a fan of musicals or circuses, you're likely to find something about this film that pulls at your heart strings.
