I loved the second instalment it’s hitting up and tempers are flaring! Bolryder has this way of getting so much story into such a small book. I love this style it’s fast paced and hot!

Kevin Phillipson (10021 KP) rated She-Hulk: Attorney at Law in TV

I know i shouldn't like this I know it's cheesey and silly but how many shows break the 4th wall like she hulk does its the kinda show that doesn't take it self seriously and it shows for marvel to go down that route is risky in itself but I don't care if it doesn't get enough love on smashbomb I will still praise it

A great review website
I was recommended Smashbomb by a friend who knows I like talking about books and films. I had a book blog, but I was sick of doing endless weekly scheduled posts and wanted to be able to review what I wanted, when I wanted.
Smashbomb gives me that freedom. I love that you can review anything you want and have enjoyed posting on Smashbomb so far. I also enjoy interacting with other members through the different orbs the site has.
I also like the limit on 'likes' you can give everyday. Instead of just liking something so that people go and read your reviews, the limit makes you really consider which information is worth reading or liking.
I haven't really got to grips with the giveaways yet, but that's something I would like to participate in the future.
When I'm looking for reviews about a certain book or film, I enjoy reading the varied opinions of others.
If there are no reviews of a book I have read or film I've watched, it's also really easy to create my own page.
I really enjoy this website and I look forward to seeing how this website will grow in the future.

Claes Bang as Dracula (1 more)
The Production Design
Smashbomb Giveaway Prize
This was a surprise treat for me in the early weeks of lockdown, and my first win of anything in the suburb Smashbomb giveaways. It was a very welcome distraction, and a very fun thing to do in a blitz over the course of one evening.
The DVD presents the episodes as three feature length chapters, as opposed to the six episodes as shown on the BBC.
The look of it all is superlative for the budget, and I would praise the production design, music and visual style above anything else. Claes Bang as Dracula is a revelation, at once funny and terrifying in just the right balance.
However, the adaptation, and attempt to update the story somewhat, doesn't always work. It begins very well indeed, the first hour being far more moody and of a high quality than I had expected. And then slowly, as it strays from the classic elements of the story into camp and unnecessary modernity it loses its bite!
The quality curve goes completely the wrong way, with all the best bits up front and the worst bits at the climax. Close, but nothing more than a disposable curiosity in the end.
Regardless, many thanks to Smashbomb for the giveaway! Appreciate it!
