I just can't get into this. Something about reading this makes it feel less like an enjoyable superhero romp and more like a chore. Everything was a little bland. I was really hoping the diversity and representation of downs syndrome would be enough to pull this along, but sadly because of the character design he didn't even stand out. Over all it wasn't terrible, but I have no interest in visiting these characters again in Vol. 2.

Pretty interesting concept. A "Superman-esque" child realizes his powers as his past and future seem to be crumbling around him. His loving parents (especially Mom-Elizabeth Banks) try to help him adjust to his new normal only to find themselves fighting for their own survival. Well casted entry into a new genre - Superhero Horror. It will be interesting to see if this type of film gets moved forward or if it was a flash in the pan.

My new favourite superhero!!
Wonder Woman continues to try and protect Zola and her baby, but Zola is kidnapped by Hades (Cake-Head?). The price of Zola's Liberty is marriage between Hades and Diana. Of course. There are lots of twists and turns, Hera gets involved again (of course), various things backfire and we're left on another cliffhanger at the end - all ready for volume 3!!
I'm enjoying these, and will probably have at least the next 2 volumes on my Christmas list!

Visually fantastic
Mindbendingly awesome
Really loved this show!

This psychedelic mind Bender of a show always left me guessing, and almost reeling from the diversionary plot twists which added to the style in which the show projected.


The narrative was very strong and precise, yet still devoid of any cliché or predictability.


If you haven't seen it and want a comic book themed show that's way off left field... This is for you 😉
