Stoney by Post Malone
Stoney by Post Malone
2016 | Rhythm And Blues
Post Malone is presenting his most authentic self here, talking openly about relationships and taking too many drugs and drinking a little too much, amidst numerous “we made it” anthems.

Seriously, only the visuals are worth talking about. (0 more)
Terrible, pretentious, nonsensical eye candy. And usually I like that kind of thing.
This would be better if cut into a Mtv music video of less than 3 minutes long. (and would probably have a more coherent story)

Rock Paper Scissors for vapid girls? We can do better, and we should do better
not worth talking about, event the components are uninspired. This one is best forgotten about. Leave this one at the thrift store.

A great read
This was an amazing book, I had heard people talking about it and thought I'd give it a go, and I'm so glad I did, a mysterious and dark story full of twists and turns, with a shock ending, I couldnt put it down

"This interview with Louise de Vilmorin on the Earrings of Madame de . . . DVD is very funny. She is already mesmerizing and charming and unlike anybody you’ve ever met—and then she starts talking about the movie. She hated it, in fact? Max Ophuls made a perfect film."

"It's been with me for a long time. It's my favourite solo album by a Beatle. I've covered several of the songs on it. Spoon use to do 'Love'. Not too long ago we did 'Remember' and I did 'Isolation' in my solo shows for a long long time. It's as comfortable to me as a Beatles record in that I've listened to it so many times. It's a record where he's embracing pain and talking about it, talking about what he's learned in therapy. I don't know if that's done too well very often but I feel like he knocked it out of the park with 'Mother', 'God' and 'Isolation'."

It creates a space to have conversations about self harm and suicide. I don't necessarily agree with how the show handled these issues, but it got people talking. (0 more)
It kind of romantises issues like self harm and suicide while making others feel guilty, as if it was their fault. (0 more)

A thoughtful collection of essays talking about race issues in Britain. Clear, concise arguments and points that are consistent and well thought out. This one really made me think and consider my own experiences as a white middle-class woman. I adored this. Everyone needs to read it.

Somewhat addicted to the series now (0 more)
Read this book when I was younger and reread this year and it hasn't lost any of the things that gripped me. It's entertaining, passionate and feisty. Plus, who doesn't love a talking skeleton detective?
