What isn’t good about this epic movie? (2 more)
So cool to see the whole of marvel come together to fight one mother of a villain.
Funny, action packed, suspenseful, and emotional.
That ending...why?!?!? (1 more)
I left the theater feeling personally victimized by Marvel.
I’m still upset about that ending, but it was a great movie. I already want to torture myself again by going to see it a second time. Thanos really lived up to all the hype, in my opinion.

Ok...so I am terrified of dolls and so this one and the other original one are like my worst nightmares. I hate dolls but I loved this movie. It was simply terrifying. It was a great addition to this series. I cant tell you how many times I got chills or jumped near out of my skin during this movie. All I can say is thank goodness I was at home because the theater people would have been mad at me lol...

Mark @ Carstairs Considers (2322 KP) rated Some Like It Hot-Buttered (Double Feature Mystery #1) in Books
Mar 9, 2018
A new series from a favorite author left me a little cold. I didn't find it nearly as funny as his old books, and the mystery was weak. What's funny about this is the series centers around the owner of a comedy movie theater. Owner Elliot Freed investigates when a man is poisoned by his pop corn during the nightly double feature.

Mark @ Carstairs Considers (2322 KP) rated A Night at the Operation (Double Feature Mystery #3) in Books
Mar 9, 2018
Comedy theater owner Elliot Freed is upset when his ex-wife goes missing. Then the police start looking for her in a suspicious suicide. What's going on? Yes, this is a comic mystery. And I laughed the entire way through. The climax came a little abruptly and the new characters were a tad flat, but I loved every minute of it.

AT (1676 KP) rated Rent: Live in TV
Jan 28, 2019 (Updated Jan 28, 2019)
I love Rent. The live version that just aired on Fox was fine, and fun to watch. Some pre-recorded parts were shown due to one of the main characters breaking his ankle right before the live show. It was a decent performance, but I still love the original Broadway cast. However!! They did bring in the original cast to sing Seasons of Love at the end, which I LOVED! Great move! Jonathan Larson was such a heartbreaking loss to modern theater!
